Off street parking and a private entrance will lead to a cozy, newly furnished suite. This apartment boasts a spacious bedroom, a new kitchen and living space and a large outdoor patio to enjoy.

Other amenities include a full size fridge/ freezer, an electric cooktop, a Keurig for coffee/ tea, a microwave and a toaster. For entertainment, a Smart TV allows you to connect to your Netflix/YouTube TV account or play some of the games. The large patio offers more space to enjoy the wooded backyard, a ping pong game, the birds chirping, a summer meal on the grill or a corn hole game. The neighborhood provides a wonderful opportunity for an evening walk or a morning run.
