This property is super cute, private, and quiet. It’s in a safe neighborhood, but close to the highway and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The hosts were most gracious and had great communication. Highly recommend!

Love my stay here! It was spacious, clean, and I felt very safe during my visit. I enjoyed making myself coffee with the machine and sitting on the patio in the morning. Sheets and seven brew coffee is in close proximity for when you want to leave the property. There's Internet and snacks for your enjoyment. I would highly recommend this place. If I were to visit again, I would rent this BNB

Very cute cottage with good location. We were surprised that there was not a tv. I should have looked for that in the amenities but just assumed there would be one. Very good communication about check in and accommodating our change of dates.

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for what I needed. It was comfortable and peaceful at a super reasonable price. I was staying for an extended period of time and I felt right at home. My hosts were so kind and made sure I had everything that I needed. The proximity to Liberty University was ideal for me, the wifi worked great, which was important since I was working while traveling, and the AC worked very well, which was important for this Seattlite in the Virginia heat.

The Cottage is exactly how it's listed- CHARMING!!! Host was amazing to communicate with before, during, and after the visit. This was my first Vrbo stay and the host made it smooth and simple. The Cottage is well furnished and very clean. Plenty of privacy with a nice deck with grill and deck furniture. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very quaint and quiet and perfect for husband and myself. A tucked-in-the-woods feel right off a main road. Host was gracious and communicative. Would book again when we return to the area!

The cottage was very well set up and stocked. They had makings for s’mores and the fire pit was extremely easy to light. The queen bed was comfy and the linens were clean. Very quiet neighborhood and minutes to everything you need.

Cottage Review

Overall it was good. There are few things I would suggest for improvement.Number one: the steps from the driveway need to be repaired/replaced for safety. I wouldn’t want you to be sued over an accident. The grass at the driveway wasn’t cut! The ants were a problem. The cottage wasn’t as clean as it should be, cobwebs in some places. If these changes were made I would stay there again. Very quiet and a cozy feeling! Thanks and have a good day!
