Welcome to Caribou Pines, your home away from home in the heart of Radium Hot Springs! Unwind at this comfortable, well-appointed, second-floor condo with a beautiful balcony.

On-site resort amenities include a year-round outdoor hot tub & seasonal (May-Sept) outdoor pool. You're a short walk away from shopping and dining, cafes, a craft brewery, an off-leash dog park, playgrounds, a splash pad, and more. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, paddling, and renowned natural hot springs!


Caribou Pines offers an inviting open-concept living space. Sink into the comfortable spacious couch, gather around the cozy gas fireplace, or prepare a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Step out onto your peaceful south-facing balcony to enjoy a meal or just take in the view. You'll be overlooking a green space and community garden, with pine-covered slopes in the distance.

Rest well in either of two tastefully appointed bedrooms, each offering a queen bed with high-quality linens, a walk-through closet, and a connected bathroom.


Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

From board games to bocce ball, we aim to provide everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. Young families can travel light(er) with a pack n' play, high chair, floor mat, kid-friendly dishes, and children's books and toys provided. Stainless steel pet dishes are also included.

Whether you're travelling with family, friends, or your furry companion, a restful retreat awaits!

South-facing, peaceful seating area with a 4-seat dining table, loveseat, and BBQ (propane included).
Additional Amenities
On-site year-round outdoor hot tub and seasonal pool (May-Oct).

24/7 Assistance
Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

Parking
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking space with an elevator to the building. Additional outdoor visitor parking lot spaces are available.

Please note that access to the den is not included in the rental.

Consumables
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Check-in/Check-out
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


House Rules:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although a maximum of one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Beautiful two bedroom apartment

Everything was up-to-date and classy. The fireplace is a beautiful plus. Enjoyed not needing a key. We used as a base camp to visit Banff, Lake Louise, and several ski areas.

Beautiful and relaxing

This is a beautiful condo. We enjoyed watching the Big Horn Sheep from our balcony. A very comfortable place to stay.

Great Unit!

they thought of eveything someone may need, the little things like phone chargers, toiletries a guest may have forgot to bring ( really impressed with hair elastics!) & much more. Condo is kept in great condition. Will stay again & recommend to friends/family.

A Wonderful Weekend at Caribou Pines

A beautifully appointed unit overlooking a quiet green space and the majestic Purcell Range. Well equipped kitchen with all the necessities for cozy dinners on the porch. Stone fireplace for cooler nights. Hotel quality linens and towels. Very comfortable beds. A short walk to Main Street for morning coffee, groceries and ice cream. Highly recommended for a getaway in the mountains!
