This condo was beyond perfect. Great location. walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I loved that it was fully stocked with top quality items! I would highly recommend you to stay here. Especially if you don’t want the crowded busy vibe of a resort. Very peaceful and yet so close to everything.

Most relaxing beach vacation !

The location of property was great , at walking distance of grace bay beach and shops Check in was very clear and fast Large room and closet space modern setting with Large showers Kitchen and rooms fully equiped with brand new cookware and appliances Pool area is nice very quiet during our stay I highly recommend and would book again if i were to come back

Great Condo on the best Island

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Nice walk to the beach. Close to town, did not need a car or taxi, except for to and from the airport. Will be back!!

We love this place to stay. It’s our favorite in Turks And Caicos. The location is ideal and the pool is always clean while the place is spotless. It’s gated and you can walk everywhere especially the most beautiful spot on the beach in Grace Bay. The pictures don’t do it justice, the beds are so soft with comfortable pillows and so much space inside and on the patio. Contains all the beach equipment you need including chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and all supplies are fully functional not damaged. No extra charges for electricity as many places will charge you. The AC is almost too cold! We have stayed at several places in TCI and again this is by far our favorite..

THE BEST!!! Nathan’s place had everything you want and need above and beyond. Very spacious, great location, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, superb communication. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here. It was just fantastic. I can’t rave about it enough actually super close to the beautifulbeach(some properties will say they are close to the beach, but not). We stay at different places every year we come to TCI and this was by far the best you have to book it.

Exceptionally stocked home, very clean and just as described in photos. The host, Nathan, was extraordinary to work with. He was very receptive and answered all my questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Turks. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very safe area in a gated complex. Pool was hardly used by others and felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Great Condo, Great Location

Check in was flawless. The condo was very well appointed and clean. Great screened in back porch which was a great place to congregate to decide the day's activities. This condo is very close to the major resorts (dinner) and Grace Bay Beach. We walked over to the beach on NYE and watched the best fireworks show we'd ever seen! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, liquor store, grocery store. We highly recommend!!!

Short stay

Property listing accurately describes the unit and location. Overall the unit was nicer than the photos. Everything was extremely clean and all appliances were in excellent working condition. Location: centrally located, extremely convenient - easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and car rental agencies. Nathan was very responsive and flexible host. Check-in and check-out process were simple.

This little jewel was the perfect getaway and we definitely rebook. Our host, Nathan, was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The unit was very clean and provided everything you could possibly need during your stay. There is an in unit washer/dryer, products for the shower and kitchen sink, beach supplies (including a wagon to haul your beach supplies). The kitchen was fully stocked with any pot or pan you may need to cook a wonderful meal. Locate was great - secure, quiet and a short walk to the beach. Grocery store is around the corner as well as many great restaurants. The close proximity to a resort made it easy to catch a ride from our excursion hosts. A good time was had by all!

Good value

The condo is great. I had 2 complaints. The AC did not work very well and kept turning up at night while we were sleeping and we would wake up sweating in bed. And the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. The beds were great. Good location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Thanks for your review and pointing out what you enjoyed about the condo and location. To address the comments about the AC system: The AC usually works great. The day the guest brought the cooling issue to my attention I had an AC tech promptly check the system. The tech discovered an internal part that had gone bad, replaced it, then the system worked great again. To address the other issue the guest mentioned of the temp going up at night, I checked the system history in the app and can see that the temperature didn’t adjust at night. It stayed at the temperature the guest set the system at. It’s important to note that this guest left the system running constantly for their whole stay, and set at a very low temperature. It’s not only very expensive for electricity on the island to run the system at such a low temperature non stop, but it puts a lot of strain on the system due to conditions on the island like high humidity, and the salty air outside that wears electronics out quicker. The guest didn’t follow the house rule to turn the AC up when they weren’t in the condo during the day. Running it non stop at such a low temperature for a week strains the system and leads to issues.

Perfect stay in paradise!

This place is even better than pictures! Perfectly located and within walking distance of major restaurants and lounges. All appliances worked beautifully and the outside patio was the perfect way to start our mornings. The only comment I would make in terms of making the stay more comfortable would be to bring lots of bug spray. The mosquitoes in the area are pretty aggressive. Luckily, the outside patio is completely protected but the rest of the island would highly recommend (this is a given for any tropical destination). Otherwise, the place was completely clean and the amenities are unbeatable. Looks nicer than a lot of hotels in Turks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This VRBO stay was exceptional. I would say it was the very best of everything over any other stay I have ever booked through any company. It was SPOTLESS! When I say I am OCD with germs you can take that very literally and I struggle to stay most anywhere at least a little bit this place was truly perfect! The floor was so clean that I could walk barefoot on it all day and have clean feet at the end of the day.The location could not have been more perfect. Within Walking distance of everything. Truly- amazing. The host Nathan was very good at responding to anything and the whole stay was made perfect because of this VRBO. I wouldn’t even consider looking around next time- I would just go straight to this one and book!!Absolutely perfect!!

The ABSOLUTE BEST place to stay on the island!

I can't believe we found this treasure online! It's the perfect location. It's walking distance from the grocery store, walking distance from some great eateries, and walking distance to the beach! Nathan allowed us to check in just a bit early because we had a really early flight. He was always available to us if we had questions. But, can I tell you about this condo and how immaculate it was? It's safe, BEAUTIFUL, clean and felt very private. We went swimming on the premises every day and we were nearly by ourselves most of the time. When the neighbors did come to swim, they were so friendly and welcoming. I pray that when I return to Turks and Caicos, this place will be available. It's a MUST stay!

100% As listed

This place was more than just what it was listed as. It was clean, communication was great. The walk to the beach was actually less of a walk through trees then I anticipated. And directly connects to the road that leads toward the beach public access. So very ideal if you are not staying on the beach. For our young but respectful kids, this was a nice vacation in comparison to the many trips we have done. We had enough to do to keep them and us entertained and to enjoy the island. But yet not too much that we actually enjoyed plenty of relaxation, sunshine, the ocean and the pool! The patio was excellent as well. Coffee in the morning and late night we sat and played games out there. This was an excellent place for our family of 4!

This condo is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need. It is stocked with lots of beach gear (the sun ninja is awesome), snorkel gear, beach towels and small consumables like coffee, TP, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. The quality of everything in the kitchen is top notch. It is very close to Grace Bay, but the condo is very quiet with comfortable beds. We rented a car, but you are walking distance from the beach, grocery store and many restaurants. The condo building and grounds are also well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and pool area a few times. The central air conditioning works really well and the thermostat is right by the front door so you don’t forget to turn it up on your way out the door to save energy. Staying ON Grace Bay would’ve been nice, but the cost for beach front resorts is extremely expensive. We are glad we opted for a spacious, beautiful condo just a couple blocks away. The beach is public and we never had a problem finding a spot on the beach. The resorts set up their chairs close to the dunes, so there is lots of room between the resort chairs and the water to set up.

Condo identique aux photos. Très propre. Avec tout ce dont on avait besoin. À 7 minutes de Grâce Bay. Avec le chariot, les chaises et le parasol fourni, c’était parfait. Nathan a été très proactif et rapide à nous aider, dont avec des clients très bruyants à l’étage supérieur. En 5 minutes, le silence est revenu! Merci our tout Nathan.
