Property was beautiful and an incredible place to stay while attending a wedding near by. Host was very responsive. Location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach. Will stay again.

The place was great, looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Very clean and had a lot of little extras such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwasher, pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and much more. Location was great, walked to restaurants, bars and beach. We will be back!

This was the perfect spot for my family to spend a week in CDM. The location was quiet, the house was clean and updated, and the host was very communicative. We hope to come back soon!

Property was clean, conveniently located, with full amenities. No issues parking on the street. Only thing to note was that it was rather noisy because of traffic and nearby construction.

Great property with excellent location. Stayed for a week and felt like it was our own home. Main deck with BBQ, fire pit and big table was a great gathering spot. Ability to walk to the beach and restaurants was amazing.

Location is fantastic- walk to the beach past charming gardens and cottages. Walk to dinner at Avila’s El Ranchito. Very comfortable beds.

Location great, Curb Appeal nice, Inside very compact. Not much room. Washer is outside! Garage basically useless if you have a full size SUV. It is ok but not worth the money. We left on the second day and enjoyed a three times bigger house with pool at PGA West instead at half the price. I know, Newport is expensive, but PGA West is also up there. Again, not bad but not for us.

The house was great and just what we needed for a short stay. It would have been wonderful if we had been able to stay longer as well. The beach was a short walk over the flower bridge and restaurants were close by as well. The only small issue we had was that we emailed to ask if we could check in early and we got no response. Our flight was changed and we were in before noon and our check in time wasn't until 4. It worked out, but I wish I had received a response at least, but this was a small thing and in the end...all was well.

We stayed in this Vrbo for a week! Amazing location, literally right next to all of the action! The house was very clean and very nice! Would highly recommend this house!

We had a great stay at this property, and the location is hard to beat. It’s just a 10 minute scenic walk over the Goldenrod Bridge to the beach, with restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops all within walking distance.The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed dinner on the patio, and the peaceful, safe neighborhood made evening walks nice.Balboa Island and Fashion Island are both only about a 5 minute drive, offering even more dining, shopping, and dessert options.Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and the property was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a beautiful home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Nice home in a really great location. Was perfectly sized for my wife and I but you could easily support a family and or friends. It's not big but not tiny either. Standout for us was the super easy walks to restaurants, stores, beach and even over to Balboa Island. We found the place to be clean and host was super easy with communications. There is a garage but unless you have a compact car, not as convenient as street parking right outside the door.

Very nice, newly renovated property in a great location. Walk to the beach and many great shops and restaurants and a farmers market every Saturday morning! Manager is super responsive!

Close to the beach, clean and beautifully renovated. Walking distance to anything you want. My only complaint is that we didnt stay longer!

Great location and very clean! Would highly recommend! Extra hangers were a nice touch and the pack n play which fit in the large walk in closet- super helpful! The folding table in the large walk in for our 85 yr old mother worked out well for her suitcase management.
