Mesmerizing morning and night harbor sit down bay / Fashion Island views capture the essence of beach living from your bedroom balcony. Steps away from world class beaches, the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Beach Park, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferries, boat rentals and bicycle shops. Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. We manage the attached property on the bay, search vrbo number 852251.

Very thoughtfully designed. The space was clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. Any issues we faced were quickly handled by the hosts who were both kind and professional.

We would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The view was beautiful. It worked for the grandparents down to the 6 year old.

Loved our staycation! Excellent location close to everything from the ferry to the beach! Large spacious living area and open kitchen floorplan. Beds were comfortable and we loved the rooftop view of the bay! Communication was awesome, very responsive. Would 100% book this again!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great location only a block from the beach. With beautiful view of the bay. The host was very accommodating for all of our needs. Highly recommend this gorgeous place!

This was our second stay at the property and it was fantastic, just as it was last year! There were 8 in our party and it was very comfortable for all. We definitely plan on staying here next year if it is available. We’ve never had an issue with anything related to our stay at the property or the check in/check out process.. It should also be said that the location can’t be beat!

Beautiful and clean, perfect location! Walk across the street and you’re at the beach. Very nice and felt so safe. Kitchen has everything we needed as well. Will stay there again!

This home is fantastic!! So clean, modern decor and appliances and great location. Beds were very comfortable too!!Perfect for family with adult children or 3-4 couples.Host responded within minutes when we asked a few questions.No complaints and we will be back!!

Very nice, clean condo to rent. The beds were very comfortable. We ate out for most meals, but we did have everything we needed to make a meal. The only thing that wasn't provided were paper towels. The parking situation was limited but you can fit a small car in the garage. We rented the condo because we were in town for a wedding. It was very nice because everything was in walking distance. Very close to the beach and fun zone. Overall, I would rent this property again.

The location two minutes from a great beach for the kids was wonderful. We also liked the great room with a large sofa, large dining table and kitchen island with room for all nine of our group.My complements to the cleaning staff. Everything spotless and well supplied.

Such an amazing place. Easy to get into. Clear instructions. Super clean. Host was available whenever we needed them. Pleasure to stay at and definitely would return to whenever in town. I miss it already.
