Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. We manage the attached property on the bay, search vrbo number 852251.

Great vacation spot

House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.

Premium property in a great location

We had a lovely thanksgiving holiday here! The location was ideal to hop on the ferry to Catalina island, walk the beach and watch the surfers. Great restaurants abound and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to have a great meal in. We did all of those things and had a blast!

Stayed Together Before Wedding

It was a nice property. The only drawback were the stairs but the whole area is built that way.

Family vaca 2024

The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Kitchen nice and well stocked with the necessities. Wish it was stocked with some beach chairs. We always book our beach vaca’s through VRBO and all have accommodated for that. But not deal breaker. Would book again. We really enjoyed our stay and location.

Family reunion

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 adults in town for an Aunt’s 90th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for us to comfortably enjoy our stay. The location was fantastic & the property was clean & beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! It was walking distance to beach & bay & plenty of nice restaurants

Great Place, Great Location

Wonderful home for our yearly family trip to Newport Beach. Perfect location, very clean, well equipped. We will rebook once we have figured out next summer’s vacation schedule.

Beautiful Location

This location was beautiful. It had wonderful views of the bay. It was within walking distance to everything; the beach, the Harbor, the Fun Zone, and great places to eat. The kids loved playing in the beach water and riding their bikes all over. The house was so beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for all ten of us. Shanti was a great host. She was always available to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Bay view home in Balboa

Staying at this bay view home in Balboa Beach was amazing. The panoramic views of the bay were breathtaking. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the spacious deck for watching boats go by. The location was perfect too, just steps away from the beach and local attractions. It truly made our vacation unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!"

Beautiful Property!

House was beautiful and looked to be newly renovated. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Location was great - quick walk to beach, Balboa Fun Zone and restaurants in the area. Plenty of space for a family of four with teens having their own rooms. Balcony and outdoor space was a plus with a scenic view of the Bay in the back and and quiet residential area in the front. Would recommend!

Can't wait to come back

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this home. And we are looking forward to coming back. It's a great location to the beach and local restaurants. The home is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed for a great stay.

Great location

The property was perfect for two familes with 4 young kids. The garage fit both SUVs so we didnt have to worry about street parking. Only a couple blocks away from the beach/pier/playground on one side and the kids zone on the other side. Walking distance to everything you need. The bunk bed with the extra pullout bed was perfect for the kids. The open floor plan and kitchen was great as well. Great communication with the host. Very responsive and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Great experience and hope to use this property in the future.

50 Year College Rowing Buddies Reunion

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 50th college rowing buddies reunion. The condo was extremely well appointed, a great view of the bay looking over to Balboa Island, and literally a three minute walk to the pavilion and the fun zone. Great restaurants around for casual dining, both breakfast and lunch. Shanti was easy to contact and speak with, access to the condo was a breeze. If I could give this stay a 10 stars out of five I would!

Great location!

Nice house with a view of the bay. Right in the center of town. Like the two balconies. Beds are comfortable. Only a couple drawbacks. The stains on the sheets and comforters and the bath towels are tiny and don’t absorb water.

Residence was modern and clean. Close to both beach and bay, restaurants and stores. Host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Newport Beach great lication

This second and third floor condo is a great location for the beach, ferry to Balboa Island and local restaurants. Condo has some maintenance issues that should be addressed. The air conditioner is very loud and needs intake filters replaced. Bathing towels provided are very low quality and should be upgraded. The outdoor furniture is really old and not set up for enjoying the harbor view and sunsets. The vent hood in the kitchen is extremely dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. Disappointed with this property’s amenities- small bar soap. Need to provide your own paper towels. Kleenex, and soap.

Great house with a great location

This house was wonderful. Great location to beach, ferry and Fun Zone. The house was incredibly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and appliances you would need to cook. The street was quiet and the view of the harbor was beautiful. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

As Advertised, great beach location

The property is great, as advertised - very large living room/kitchen, great place to spend time with the family. There was one minor issue and one major issue: minor - it would have been nice to have lounge chairs on the two decks, sort of odd to have so much open space on the bay side with just a high table with chairs, no way to chill on the decks and get some sun. Major issue - the internet connectivity in general sucked for all three adults using their iPhones and an iMac. Sometimes fast, most often super slow and irritating. It's 2023 :). We often ended up hot-spotting with our cell phones. There are now many ways to upgrade to insure wicked fast, just need to invest in it. I think for the price it needs to be done. Otherwise, the property is terrific, thanks.
