my overall stay was very good the place is very welcoming which the host makes sure of and the host is very understanding and sweet.

3 couples and two kids traveled from RVA for The We Need To Heal Conference. This house was perfect for us. What Made me select this house was the fact of the 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. With this many adults and 3 women we definitely needed the bathroom options. I would definitely book this home again to enjoy the space and accommodations this home offers. Minor issues:The front left isle on the stove gets way too hotThe bed of the back room upstairs where my 5 year old son and 17 year old daughter slept broke and had to be repaired. It was after midnight when it happened on Friday so I didn’t report it to the owner until the next morning but I’m sure she would have responded accordingly because she was very good with questions and concerns. We had 3 men in the house and they were able to put the screws back in the bed frame and get the bed back functional again.Overall this home was great for us.

BMX race

Friends and family and grandchildren were all able to come together and stay and use the house as a pit stop throughout the day while brother-in-law's son raced BMX at the local park. The house was conveniently located next to any amenities that we needed as well as the water park and where they were racing at the BMX park. Plenty of room and the accommodations at the house we're wonderful. It was very nice that every additional room besides the master had full queen beds. of course the master had a king. I've rented other properties and the spare rooms had bunk beds or a twin and was very uncomfortable. The bedding and towels to the complimentary toiletries were all 5 star. Neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Our Host Sandra was very professional and accommodating in any additional requests or needs that we had while staying at the property.

The kitchen counters were filthy. All of our towels were wet upon arrival. The floor in the living room had wood planks torn from the floor. This is a dangerous/hazardous situation. The furniture in the living room was dirty. The rug in one of the bedrooms was dirty. A towel bar in one of the bathrooms was broken. In one of the bathrooms there was no running hot water in the sink.Extremely disappointed! Definitely false advertisement through the pictures posted on line.
