Requests inside of 3 months must pay the $1000 Security/Deposit, $125 HOA Fee & FULL LEASE AMOUNT at the time of confirming the booking.

CANCELLATIONS:
* The Security/Deposit is Non-Refundable inside of 6 months (180 days) prior to the first confirmed date of arrival.
* Full Paid bookings are Non-Refundable.
* We offer Cancellation & Travel Insurance to protect against any Unforeseen Circumstances which may cause financial loss or fees for cancellations, travel delays & medical conditions while in route to, during & returning home from your stay.

The Security/Deposit will be refunded within 60 days of your departure upon a satisfactory review & inventory of the unit. *This is a 55+ Community*
