Was exactly what the description said. Was really nice having beach items there so we didn't have to buy any. The pool was super nice and we had it all week to ourselves.

Comfy Townhouse

It's a nicely furnished townhouse close to plenty of beaches and restaurants by car. Neighbors are quiet and nice as well with decent but limited extra parking nearby.

House was perfect for a weekend getaway. Was in Florida just for the weekend for a Baby shower. Home was clean and lots of amenities that we did not use but great to know is available.

My Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and accommodating. Had all the amenities as listed. The neighborhood was very quiet and just minutes from the restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

Yes, this house was perfect! Its located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. We had 7 people with us on the trip, so we enjoyed the bathrooms in each of the 3 bedrooms. Our host was always to my questions, I hope this house is available the next time we come back to Clearwater!!!

Beach stay

We liked our stay and especially appreciated the extra touches that helped us with our stay. Providing beach equipment, spices in the kitchen, and having dish soap made a big difference for us. I would highly recommend.

D1 Softball

We travel from IN each Feb. To watch the Clearwater Invitational Softball tournament. The condo was an excellent location. Clean, roomy, with everything you need.We would love to stay here again next year.

A nice place

All new. A refurbished condo. Excellent appliances. Slightly awkward layout with bathrooms on bottom floor and upstairs floor, but none on main floor with living room and kitchen. Very comfortable couch and plush rug. Everything is brand new.

We had a wonderful time at Sara’s rental! She is VERY accommodating and gracious! The home was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. It included ALL the amenities you need!The only drawback, which proved to be not as bad as I thought, is there is no bathroom on the main living area. As an almost 80 year old, I used the stairs A LOT!!I highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic 5-Star Property Experience

Cannot say enough about the A/5-Star profile of this property. Came down for Phillies Spring Training games (a 20min walk from Bayview Stadium). Located in an HOA/ townhome community. Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. House was sparkling clean. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms, bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Downstairs - a 100% finished apartment (queen bed, bathroom, spacious living room). Main floor (entry level) - living room w/ HUGE flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen w/ great appliances. Only one minor (very minor) hiccup: no bathroom on main floor level. SARA the host - very communicative and immediately responsive to any communication on this platform: shopping tips, great restaurant recommendations. Once the 2026 Spring Training schedule is announced - will definitely book again!

Just right for what we needed. I liked the privacy of split bedrooms and that every bedroom had its own bath. Very convenient to stores and shops. I walked rhe golf course/ park next door and saw lots of neat birds, especially 2 peacocks. It was really neat. Nice beds, good amenities, clean and tidy.
