WHost provides essential personal care and cooking products for the first nights of your stay. To ensure the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening before check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved or declined, we will have to cancel your reservation.
🏊 Seasonal Pool Access: The rooftop pool is open from May to September (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Pool access is exclusively for registered guests, with each reservation including two registrations. Additional guests can be added for a supplemental fee.
🌡️ HVAC & Climate Control: The building has a centralized HVAC system that follows seasonal cycles per municipal regulations—heating operates from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning runs from May 15 to October 1. Transition periods are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
🚗 Parking & Safety: One parking spot is available per reservation. If additional parking is needed, guests must find alternative options in the area. Please park only in designated spaces and display your parking permit on the dashboard or mirror to avoid towing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage.
