Unwind after a day of adventure in our private hot tub or head to the community rec center just a few steps away. With 2 included passes for the rec center, you'll enjoy access to indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, and a kids' game room. The center also offers outdoor tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a fitness center, playground, and a bar for those post-adventure celebrations. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, the cabin is perfect for families and groups of friends.

Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, a loft with a queen bed, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen -- plenty of space for everyone! Settle into the cozy couches and watch a movie on the smart TV or snuggle up by the wood burning fireplace with a good book. Great location near the mountain, plenty of space for 2 families and plenty of amenities in the house to make dining very easy for 10 people

Cozy memories in the mountains!

Our group had an amazing stay at this spacious cabin. We stayed during a particularly cold snowy weekend and even though we lost power for about an hour due to a storm the place stayed warm and was well-equipped with candles, firewood, and flashlights. Through it all, Melinda was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The nearby ski mountain was just 5 minutes away. Pretty small with just the rope pull open that day, but fine for the beginners in our crew, plus a nice cozy lodge with drinks and food. Other than that, we cooked, grilled, did puzzles, played games, watched football, and hot tubbed, plus hiked nearby on one of the trails just steps from the door. Super convenient to be able to bring our dog too! We prepared most meals in the house but also had a great dinner at Mad River Tavern and breakfast sandwiches at Mad River Coffee House nearby. Overall, an incredible trip at any time of the year, and we would most definitely return.

Fantastic Winter Getaway

I stayed at the Mountain Cabin with my husband, 3 children and dog. It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The house is very cozy and everyone loved the hot tub! Melinda was a great host. We definitely will return.

Best Vrbo Stay

This IS a home away from home. Our whole party felt this way. The house was the perfect size, had everything we could possibly need; pots and pans, silverware, PTs, TP, towels, ect. The hot tub was the perfect touch. Melinda was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. Perfect location !

Blissful Mountain Retreat

We wanted to get out of the city life for a while and booked this home. We had a wonderful time staying here. Our dog loved being here as well as she was very comfortable and loved the wooded trail right by the property to go adventuring on. The home has all the necessary amenities you could think of, linens, towels, can opener, scissors, screw driver, coffee pot, cheese grater, knives, cutting boards... just to name a few, lol. We were very happy with the floor plan, bed, living room, fireplace, kitchen, deck, everything. I could go on and on, but what are you waiting for just book this home to see for yourself.

No up grades in decor since the seventies. Very hard chairs in the dining area. We had to put pillows on them. Downstairs beds very uncomfortable. Dining room fan blades caked with dust . Bathroom outlets not working and plate cover missing. no dresser in the main bedroomisoffd.uncomforortable

Wonderful cabin Great amenities

Melinda was a very gracious host. The cabin was extremely well equipped, including dining ware for the kids and a basket of useful items for the dog (blankets, bowls etc. The bedrooms had cozy and lovely bedding. The amenities at the clubhouse which was just across the street were great for the kids on a cold day- indoor pool and a toy room which they loved. And a spa

Great Location and Super Comfy Stay

This Vrbo had everything you needed and everything you didn't know you did. The stay was super cozy and in an excellent location. The host responded extremely fast to any questions our group had and I would recommend it to anyone going up to the Campton area!

Great Family Home in the mountains

This is a great find! The association community center was such a hit for my 5 year old to have toys to play with and all the heated pool access as jacuzzis are not good for little ones. We loved the layout of the house we loved how cozy and homey it felt. All you need is at this house! We will come back for sure!

Wedding stay

The property was great. It was a 2 min walk to the community center and a 10 min drive to the owls nest where we had our friends wedding. The place had everything you would need to stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect get away

We are a family of 8 and this house was perfectly set up for us to spread out a little, with a few kids down and a couple in the loft, we got a king size bed with plenty of room for us to set up our baby's playpen. There was a gate at the bottom of stairs leading to the loft and doors between staircases which made having our 1 yr old there very easy. Nice open floor plan and ceiling fans to help keep it cool.The screened in porch with twinkle lights made evening family meals feel magical. Also twinkle lights around hot tub with the cool lights in the hot tub made it so romantic at night.The community center was great the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was clean and had lots of different things for the kids to keep entertained and still allow for us to get some relaxation in. A playground was being installed at the community center which i think will definitely make this place absolutely perfect. There are so many amenities you really dont need to leave far from the house as there are trails that are literally in the back yard. If you do venture out there are alot of beautiful places to see, there are many stores including Walmart within 15 minutes as well as restaurants and a dunkin just a short drive away. The manager was very quick to respond to even the simplest of questions. They provide a book with instructions on whats available in the house, including information on local attractions and restaurants.

Great experience, would definitely recommend.

This was a great place and very convenient for our daily hikes. Our teens loved access to the community center pools and facilities. WOW! We used the 2 adult passes and then paid $5 for each kid daily. It was nice to see wood was provided for the firepit though we never used it due to hot weather. Checkin was a breeze with a code and Melinda was a great communicator. There were nice details like hot tub towels, extra bath towels, shampoo AND conditioner, blankets for the couch, good variety of cooking utensils, games etc. Beds and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed eating on the porch each evening. Fans were provided which was nice though the loft was still quite warm at night. I've never been to a vrbo with so many owners closets. It would have been nice to have access to one of the outdoor closets to put hiking gear & coolers. Locally we enjoyed hiking in Franconia Notch, the Basin area & waterfalls, Snow Mountain & Welch- Dickey. We enjoyed eating at the Covered Bridge and Little Red School House. Everything was so convenient and we would definitely recommend this vrbo. Thank you!

Great location

Beautiful location and spacious house. We’ve stayed at several properties in this same area but this one was by far the best! We hope the new owners will be renting it next year as a vacation home so we can stay there again.

Relaxing get away

This home was located in a quiet country setting. The home was large enough and comfortably fit 7 people. It is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed his stay too. The home is close to the community center. We had an issue with a pass and the property manager fixed it immediately.
