We were "wow'ed" from the moment we arrived. The place is outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Multiple ice machines. Four refrigerators!! The bedrooms were great, beds super comfortable. Plenty of gear for the beach!! The pool was great. Absolute 10/10

House was beautiful and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of room around the house. Kitchen was stocked. Garage and games were perfect! Check in was just okay. We asked for a little earlier than 5pm (b/c that is so late and basically wastes the whole day) and we were told it'd be 100/hour extra. Felt like that was unfair with the amount we were paying for the house. The golf cart wouldn't go over 15 and couldn't get clear communication for 2 days on how to make that work. Other than that, it was all great.

We’re glad Here and Now was beautiful and very clean, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, and garage games that added to your stay. We’re sorry the early check-in fee felt unfair. Our standard check-in is 5 PM so housekeeping can complete a thorough turnaround; early arrivals are handled case-by-case when possible and may include a fee to cover expedited service. We’ll review how we explain that policy to make it clearer and more customer-friendly. Apologies also for the golf cart trouble and the slow communication. Thanks again for the helpful feedback. We had such a wonderful stay at Here and Now. The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for our group. Plenty of space to spread out while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The kitchen and living areas made it easy to gather and enjoy time together, and the location was ideal with easy access to the beach and nearby spots. The pool was perfect. You can tell a lot of care went into making this a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was amazing...things to know the golf cart and elevator have to be added to the stay. If you have any maintenance issue dont count on someone coming to fix it. Our ice maker was leaking when we checked in and no one came to fix it even after they said they would. We paid for the elevator but again it didn't work and we couldn't gwt anyone out to fix it. The house itself was beautiful and in a great location.

Family Reunited

We enjoyed our time all together so much! The house was perfect in size, offered us everything we needed and the pool was the perfect hangout spot! We will definitely look to book this property again. The Holt’s
Love the canal and beach overlook!
After a full day of play and laughter the house is quiet and beautiful.
The pool was the perfect hangout for us when not going over to the beach.

Very impressed with this property. Very clean and plenty of room for our family. Loved the pool and all of the beach equipment provided. Also, pleanty of activities for a rainy day.

Wow! House is Fantastic!

The house exceeded all expectations, they thought if everything and more when the furnished and equipped the house. Very clean, 4 refrigerators (2 up and 2 down), easy to get everywhere. We loved the bunk room and all the king rooms with everyone having their own bathroom. We will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Pllace

The house was nicer than the photos can show. We had 17 people from 16 to 50 years old and there was still room to spare. There are alot of stairs but the elevator made it easy to get from floor to floor. We fished in the channel by the pool. The beach was about a 1 block walk to the public access . The house had chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards and a cart to pull it all to the beach. Very very impressed with the house. Cant wait to do it again.

Multi-generation Family Vacation!

This was our first time to stay in Navarre, but it will not be the last! The house is amazing! The five bedrooms with their own bathrooms! The powder room and downstairs bathroom for pool, outdoor shower were a bonus. The bunk room was amazing. When it listed how many fridges there were I admit I was confused but they thought of everything. From a pool, multiple decks, game room, elevator it was everything you could need or want for a vacation. We rented the golf cart for the week and I highly recommend doing so, it is street legal and can be drove down the seawall and to drop someone right off at the close beach access with all of the beach supplies provided. The only suggestion we have is it would be nice to have a broom somewhere in the house. There was a very small vacuum that had a piece broke off of it when we arrived and we went and bought one and left it for other guest to use. It was a perfect place to stay. We will be back! PS: only negative of the whole trip was the 6:00 a.m. banging of construction next door every morning. Not the owners fault and most likely will end soon.
