Big time residential feel with all of the essentials including Starlink internet, streaming services, washer/dryer combo, covered parking and small pets OK(with approval) and pet fee; Short term or long term rental available.
4 miles outside of the loop in Nacogdoches; 7 mins to downtown Nac, 9 mins to SFA.

nice stay and good communication from the owner. The bedroom doors do not close fully. The futon is very uncomfortable, I fold my blanket and sat on that for cushion. The beds add comfortable for what they are. Everything was clean and presentable. If noise bothers you, be aware that you will here every vehicle that passes, the walls are metal with no insulation but for our one night stay, it served the purpose

Graduation

Property exactly as shown. Bed comfortable, Ac worked great. Owner even had water in the fridge, cinnamon rolls and butter. There was plenty of seasonings if you wanted to cook along with plenty of coffee pods for the keurig. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was I didnt realize it was pet friendly and the futon in the living area had white pet fur. Now dont get me wrong it was not alot and the rest of the house was spotless clean. I would also suggest maybe some TV trays since there is no seating to eat at. I enternet was great. The TV did not have netflix so only what is on a Roku TV,. I would stay there again if I was ever in that area for a short stay

Perfect Spot for SFA Family Weekend

My best friend and I came to Nac to visit my daughter for SFA Family Weekend and the tiny home was perfect for us! Everything was clean and check in was simple. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle for the evening and mornings. Thank you!

Tiny home for a tiny stay

Accommodations were perfect for our needs. The only issue we had was the master bed didn’t have a box spring so you could feel the bars of the bed. Everything else was perfect and it had everything we needed.

We had a nice stay!

I thought I already left a review, but ? Anyway, the house is nicely appointed and we had a good time. The road in front of the house is busy sometimes and you can hear road noise, but otherwise it's a nice property in a good location!

Great place to stay

We stayed here for two nights and loved it. Checking in was super easy and George was really responsive. Location is great, close to town and everything is within 10-15 minutes drive.

Cute little cottage in the woods

It's a cute little cottage next to a few other houses on a fairly busy country road. Hosts were always responsive.

Wonderful Experience!

Host was wonderful. Rental was very clean and had everything I needed. From the property, you could really see the stars at night. I had a great time staying in Nacogdoches.

Tiny house, perfect stay!

Super neat tiny house perfect for a quick overnight stay. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Great communication with the host and the check in and out process was excellent. Hope to be back next year!
