The location of this house is close to the marinas, Dockside, Clam Lake, the quaint towns of Alden & Bellaire.

Torch Lake which is the 3rd most beautiful lake in the world so says National Geographic Magazine. It is 19 miles long and 2 miles wide. As part of the Chain of Lakes you can boat from one lake to another and never run out of things to see. You are also about 30 minutes drive to Traverse City, less than that to the Traverse City Horse Shows, and about 1 hour drive to other great and interesting areas such as Charlevoix, Leelanau Peninsula and Petoskey. And, don't forget also about spending a day at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes or Mackinac Island. There is so much to do and see here in Northern Michigan.  (it is possible some of the furnishings may be a little different)  Air conditioning on main level of home.  (not in the lower level)
