Regarding the issues you mentioned, we want to clarify that you reported the hair dryer and one clogged sink on the evening of your arrival. Our maintenance team was on-site by 8:30 AM the next morning. Later that afternoon, when you stated that the hair dryer was still missing, we sent you a photo of it sitting on the counter, and you retracted that concern. We understand the sink was still draining slowly, so we sent maintenance back to address that issue promptly. As for the HVAC noise and internet connectivity, we did not receive any reports during your stay, and we have had no recent complaints about the internet. We also didn’t hear about any cleanliness issues from you at the time. We offered a gift card as a recovery gesture, and while we missed the message with your email initially, we sent it the following morning. We value all guest feedback as it helps us improve.
