The house had been occupied by summer student interns for approximately three months before your stay, and it is clear that our turnover and inspection process afterward was not handled to the standard we expect. After your stay, I changed the cleaning crew and replaced all of the bed sheets throughout the house, regardless of whether they appeared clean or dirty. We are also paying closer attention to towels, bathroom supplies, exterior maintenance, and final inspections before each guest arrives. I appreciated the opportunity to bring additional towels during your stay, although I understand they should have been properly stocked before you checked in. I also appreciate your comments about my communication and friendliness. Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention. We have taken your concerns seriously and made changes to help ensure future guests receive a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve replaced the cleaning crew and will make sure the unit is thoroughly cleaned moving forward. I’ve checked the lock and it works correctly, but I will upgrade it to a more user-friendly option to improve the guest experience.

Thank you for your review. I have reset the Wi-Fi password to make it easier to remember and use. I also hired a handyman to inspect the entire house and repair a hole that mice could have entered through. I believe the issue has been fully resolved and no mice should be able to enter the house.
