We loved our stay! Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Brian thought of everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we plan to stay again in the future.

This property has such great character. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the beautiful wood floors/trim and the amazing screened in front porch. Note that this homes character includes squeaky, creaky floors but it reminded me of my grandparents home growing up. Host was quick to answer my questions and everything went smoothly.

Brian was very quick to respond to all my questions. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything was in beautiful shape. The yard was well kept and perfect for our family to enjoy the great weather during our stay. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and had anything you could imagine for supplies and kitchen items. Super comfortable and great location. We would stay there again.

One of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in! Clean and comfortable, the beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Brian was quick to respond to any questions or needs. One suggestion, put together a welcome book explaining how to work TV/thermostat, check out procedures, local attractions.

Wonderful place - very clean!

I traveled for a funeral and stayed for the weekend with a couple of friends. It was very accommodating, plenty of room, clean, screened in porch kept all the mosquitos away, and was even ready for early check-in. Nothing more I could have asked for - definitely worth the booking!

Love this place!

So comfortable for our Kingsford visits. The house has everything we need. The fenced in back yard is great for our dogs. My grandson's review, I want to live here forever!Thanks Brian, we will book your house again!

Wonderful Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen- there could have been better knives but then, I cook most of the time so I don't know how important that is to others. Otherwise. Wonderful place to stay!

This place is fantastic

This property is impeccably maintained. It has very high end finishes and the owner has thought of everything you might need. It is very apparent that the owner takes great pride in his property and wants your stay to be perfect. We absolutely loved staying in this house.

Very comfy place to stay.

Brian has set this place up well. We and our two dogs where very happy staying here. Such a cute house, very comfortable. We will be back for sure. If you have dogs the big backyard is awesome. My wife liked the night lights for walking around at night. Thanks Brian!

Kingsford in September

We had a great stay in Kingsford and our accommodations were perfect for our group of four with one dog. The fenced in yard was peaceful and spacious. The house was extremely clean and our host was very pleasant, communication top notch. Friendly neighborhood and lots of history in the area. Would highly recommend staying here. ouldhighly recommend

Weekend stay

The property was lovely! My husband, and I and our daughter, son-in-law and infant granddaughter spent a rainy weekend at this charming home. It was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. I loved the unique art and furnishings. It served our needs perfectly. We would've enjoyed the big back yard were it not for the rain, but hope to return again!

Stay for a wedding in Florence

Home was clean, we did not like the plug in freshener, it was too strong. It was nice to be able to be outside compared to a hotel room.
