Clean, cool, & comfortable. Stocked with everything you need for a day on the beach. Nice pool. Lots of stairs. Designated parking spot under the oaks. Would definitely stay again. Funny thing. We were playing gin with the deck of cards in the condo. I was holding 2 kings when my husband won. So I looked for the kings in the rest of the deck. They were not there. Only 50 cards were in the deck. We resorted to using the jokers as the missing kings and continued playing.

The condo was perfect for our stay to participate in Breakthrough T1D’s 2025 Amelia Island Ride to Cure. Spacious and well-appointed, 1164 was a convenient location relative to all of our cycling activities for the weekend. We would definitely recommend this rental to others and certainly would consider returning for future stays.

Wonderful escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Luxury Rentals!!! It was sooo easy! Great place !! Really appreciated the extras that were supplied... tape, band aids, etc... would come back definitely!!

Very clean and an awesome location. Dedicated parking spot was great. Is much darker than the pictures. There’s just not a ton of natural light throughout. That wasn’t really a problem. The problem we had was that the sheets and towels had been washed with incredibly strong scented detergent. Kids had a skin reaction and I had really unpleasant allergic reaction. We had to wash everything twice with baking soda and free and clear before the smell was less noticeable. But never really went away. Just got better. It was caterpillar season too and there were literally thousands of them outside, and sometimes inside. Not their fault so it is what it is. We would probably stay again for the location alone, you can’t beat the beach here. Bring water shoes though because this side of the beach is probably 50’ of crushed shells which were very sharp. One kid cut their foot but it is what it is. That’s the beach.

This is the first time in 2 years we have heard something like this regarding the sheets and towels. We are so sorry about this! Our commercial laundromat does use Gain for both detergent and a softener. Please let us know if you rebook with us in the future and we can make sure your linens are washed separately! Thanks so much for the feedback as that is what keeps us getting better and keeps our focus on the guest experience.
