Looking for a fabulous seaside getaway? This ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom seaside retreat, is just steps away from the pristine Amelia Island beach! Discover the perfect setting for a little rest and relaxation or family get away.
Enjoy sea breezes, the sound of ocean waves, and breathtaking ocean views while you sit on the private, covered balcony. Sand Dollar Villas has a large salt water pool, outdoor rinsing shower and private walkway to the beach.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a washer and dryer. Living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa.
Sand Dollar Villas is located just minutes from historic downtown Fernandina Beach as well as many fantastic restaurants, eclectic shops and incredible night life.
Don't forget to look for sharks' teeth while you are here! Searching for sharks’ teeth in Fernandina Beach is a habitual! The coastal activity has turned into a tradition here and it’s fun, free, and family-friendly.

Great Location

Great location with water views and easy access to the beach. The condo was clean, well equipped and as described. We had a small problem with the heat but Denise responded quickly and had someone there the next day to repair it.

Wonderful, seaside getaway!

This wonderful, seaside getaway was exactly what we wanted and needed! Excellent location to everything on Amelia Island, beautiful view of the ocean, steps away from the beach, well maintained property and the condo is quaint, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

First time at Amelia Island

The beach at Amelia Island is incredibly beautiful. I loved how all of the buildings on the beach are set way back off the beach in order to protect the very healthy dunes. Our unit was great - very clean and orderly with everything we needed for a great vacation. We discovered some really nice restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Amelia Island Beachfront condo

The kitchen was one of the best stocked of the many condos we've stayed at over the years. It was nicely furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. The owners were very easy to work with and had nice treats/touches for us.

Friends getaway

Denise was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed Amelia Island and all it had to offer. The unit had nice view of the ocean and walking distance to the beach.

Beachside Amelia island

We had an amazing time at Denise and Ryan’s beach side condo. It was on the first floor; an easy walk up from covered parking. Cute and cozy, it had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and owners were super quick via text with any questions we had. We would 100% return and recommend!

Great beach get-a-way!

This condo had everything we needed for our 8 night stay! Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy walk to pool and the beach. Adorable decorations and updates! There was a dehumidifier that helped keep the condo comfy. We did run into one issue and contacted the owners who live nearby and they fixed the issue for us within minutes. The master bedroom mattress is EXTRA firm (which isn't my personal preference), but besides that, everything else was superb! Highly recommend!

Perfectly fine, except 1 thing…

This condo is perfectly located ocean/beach front and just a few easy steps down one flight of stairs (or elevator) through the pool and to the boardwalk! We used Riptide to order chairs and umbrella set up located right on the beach directly in front of the condo! The condo is honestly totally fine. Nothing great but nothing bad. Beds were average. Sq footage was average. Decor what you expect at the beach. It was perfectly fine, but could tell only major cleaning like shower, sinks etc had been done and minor cleaning like dusting side tables hadn’t; which we could deal with. Our only issue was unfortunately completely out of the homeowners control. No matter how amazing the condo was I would still give four stars for this disruption…the upstairs neighbor clearly didn’t put down noise reducing floors. We could hear EVERY SINGLE heel toe loud step the people above took. And they woke up at 6:30am before the sun!!! Relaxation and sleeping in is key when on vacation and this was a major disappointment.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sand dollar. Condo was really clean and very comfortable. Parking at the condo was really tight for a crew cab F250 but was manageable. Amelia Island is beautiful. Fernandina was very nice. Fort clinch was awesome to visit.

Nice property and manager. Only drawback would be the grill listed is a public park style at the southeast end of the south building parking lot. Also the pool isn’t heated

We loved the property! Once we got settled, we had a good time. We loved the quick access to the beach and the pool right outside. We were thankful for the elevator! The master bed was very comfortable, which was a great plus! We will definitely come back!

Wonderful time!

We loved our stay here! We woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning from our room. Our young children loved having a pool and beach just steps away (and of course they found the kids books/toys!). And the beach itself was filled with so many perfect shells for collecting. No shark teeth this trip so we’ll have to come back and try again. Thank you, Denise, for the open communication and opening up your home to us!
