Welcome to Pelican Vue! This semi-oceanfront beach house is located just 500' from the beach, making this ideal for families and beachgoers. This stunning property is under new ownership and offers breathtaking beach views from the front and a tranquil sound view from the back porch. Get ready to experience the ultimate beach vacation!
Located at milepost 16, this house is close to family activities, water sports, outlet mall, groceries and more. Enjoy close beach accesses to the North, at Grouse Street, and to the South, at Glidden Street. Take a short walk to Jennette’s Pier for fishing and family fun.
The private 12x24 pool is generally open the 2nd week of May - 2nd week of October.
The ring camera overlooking the driveway is not active during the rental season. Please do not tamper with it.
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Ground Level: Queen bedroom with a 40” Smart TV, Jack and Jill bath, pyramid bunk bedroom with a trundle and twin bed with 32” Smart TV, recreation room with a Foosball table and a Street Fighter arcade machine, a wet bar, and a full-size refrigerator, private pool and hot tub.
Mid Level: King en suite with 50” Smart TV, queen en suite with 40” Smart TV, queen en suite with 32” Smart TV, laundry room with washer and dryer.
Top Level: King en suite with 40” Smart TV, kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, great room with 65” Smart TV, dining area, half bath, decks in the front and the back for ocean and sound views.
