The location undoubtedly stands out as a major plus. With picturesque views of Jennette's Pier and the Sound, it provided a serene backdrop for our vacation. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, offering ample room for relaxation.While the hot tub was a nice feature, we were disappointed by the condition of the swimming pool, which had accumulated a significant amount of sand. This detracted from our enjoyment of the outdoor amenities.In terms of the interior, the kitchen was in need of renovation, particularly the outdated appliances and cabinets. Upgrading these would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests. Additionally, one of the bedrooms on the lower level lacked adequate storage space, as it was missing a dresser.A significant issue we encountered was the presence of roaches throughout the house. Despite efforts from management to address this with an exterminator, the problem persisted, detracting from our comfort and enjoyment of the property.
