Come enjoy this traditional 5-bedroom Nags Head semi-oceanfront home. With a new walkway to the beach, it's just a quick 150-foot walk to the re-nourished beaches of South Nags Head, as well as just a short car ride to shopping, water sports, Jennette’s Pier and historic attractions. After a long day at the beach, kick back with a cold drink and enjoy your ocean views from Port O’Call II’s sundeck or relax in your own private hot tub.
For larger groups that want to vacation together but, have the privacy of their own separate home at night consider Port O’Call II’s sister homes Port O’Call I and III all located in a row on the same street.
Updated kitchen, siding, windows, decks and hot tub for 2025!
Layout:
Ground Level: Enclosed outdoor shower, hot tub, and access to a walkway to the beach.
Mid Level: King bedroom, queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 twin beds and a connecting half bath, bunk bedroom, full hall bath with a shower/tub combo.
Top Level: Living area, kitchen and dining area, king bedroom with a semi-private full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Beach renourishment projects are scheduled to take place in Dare County in late spring through summer of 2026. Specifically, projects are planned to take place along the oceanfront in Nags Head, Buxton and Avon. More details will be provided as updates and plans are confirmed. Solid property with great beach access. It was a bit frustrating entering the home to realize we were given very finite amounts of essentials like garbage bags, and toilet paper. Especially for a house that sleeps more than just 2 people… the house made a lot of noise too when trying to nap/sleep. Getting texts asking about my stay, then I responded honestly to them, and no one followed up which was frustrating. Getting two different sets of instructions: one from VRBO and one from the realty company was tough too when they contradicted each other; especially the trash instructions. House had dust everywhere too. In the end, it worked out for what we needed, but it could have been a better experience. Attention to detail was just lacking.

Regarding the cleanliness concerns, our records show that our team texted during your stay to ask if there was anything specific we could address, but we did not receive any additional details.
