Clean, well-equipped house central to Nags Head that provided all we were looking for and more on our long weekend trip. The owner Phil was very communicative and made the check in process as easy as possible. Looking forward to returning for a future trip.

Had a great four day get away. Property was great, lots for the kids to do. Only negative is that some of the tile flooring throughout the house is starting to show some wear and tear. Would stay here again.

Man! We had such an amazing time!!!! The host was just fantastic and was very helpful from the rental to local things to do. I highly recommend this place. We also got to bring our dog who had an absolute blast.

Nice place overall. Great location!! Biggest problem was booking a place that advertised the pool was open until a date after our trip and when we got there and the kids went to get in the pool had been closed prior to our arrival. 100% would not have booked here if that was made known. When brought up to the owner, just an apology and whoops the pool guys came early, no offer of a partial refund or any sort of refund that would have allowed us to book elsewhere last minute considering the pool was the primary amenity we booked for.

I did let the guest know that the pool was scheduled to be closed on 10-27 the day they were checking out. Without any prior contact to me my pool man had to leave town unexpectedly on Sat 10-24 and closed it on that morning. Called me later that morning to let me know he had just closed it. Called the renter to apologize about the unexpected closing. She was disappointed but seemed to understand and did not ask for a refund of any kind.

Great location in Nags head. Perfect for our multigenerational family! House had everything we needed for the week with lots of activities for the kids. Great communication with the host. Would absolutely stay here again.

Phil was great and we loved the house. He did us a favor a was very accommodating. The only thing we didn’t love were the neighbors who yelled at us for our dogs barking at a passerby especially since we quickly brought them inside when they started barking. Overall it was an awesome stay and we definitely would go back!

Great location. Loved going to the sound side beach with the pup. Would love to stay when the pool is open. Kitchen had all the amenities one would need and more!

Great house

The house was clean and beautiful and the owner is a great host! The property is in a quiet neighborhood, but is within minutes to shopping and resturants. This was a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Fantastic stay!

This house has everything you could need for a beach stay. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking. Restaurants and entertainment are close by and the beach access is a quick drive away. Highly recommend!

OBX vacation

Great property in close proximity to all you need on an OBX vacation! Owner was great at communicating before my visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Nags Head...the house had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our family and extended family. Near both sides of the island and also near shopping, it was a great location! Highly recommended.
