Super cute place, spotless, and in a great location! It was easy to get into town and to all the national park spots. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Property was clean and met our needs. The mattresses were excellent and provided a good nights sleep. Harry was responsive to our need to get in a bit early to change clothes for a wedding. Our one critique was the need for mirrors in the bedrooms, that coming from 2 females. Ha! Otherwise it was great.

This property was absolutely pristine and perfect for a long weekend or even a longer stay. It was exceptionally clean and like new furnishings. Bed was so comfortable!!! We didn’t hear street or any noise from the other units. Parking is less than 20’ to the door. Couldn’t have been any better. Definitely recommend!!

This would have been a full 5Star rating. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the cleaning staff and the property wasn’t cleaned. After a call to the host and VRBO, Harry’s wife and their cleaning person arrived soon after. They were prepared to clean the entire unit. Instead, we requested clean sheets and towels only. We had to leave for a family gathering. Most of the apt had been left clean by the earlier tenants. Very easy to clean and move on. The hosts were most generous in rectifying the situation. Yes…we would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Property was exactly what we were looking for- a separate bedroom and living area. My husband is usually up before me on vacations so it's important he has some place to hang out without waking me! Bed was VERY comfortable! Best sleep I've had on a vacation. Kitchen was adequately supplied. Nice full size fridge/freezer. Bath towels were a little on the small side. Could use an additional shelf in bathroom for makeup (I don't travel light!). TV was an issue- it's Roku so we couldn't get any local news channels or network channels without a Roku PIN, which we don't have. I think a basic cable setup would be better. At the end of the day, it's nice to unwind with a little TV time. The bedroom remote was missing. Would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect for our stay. We did white water rafting, zip lining, and hiking. It was the perfect place to stop off between all these activities, and very easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable!

House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The mattress and bedding was top notch. It was conveniently located to the New River Bridge and other activities. We went to Tee Time Restaurant and had some incredibly tasty burgers. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at The Brown Stone on Main. The rental was spotless and comfortable. We had no difficulties settling in a very comfortable bed and waking up refreshed. Thank you for great communication with Harry and making our stay stress free.

Great experience and would stay again

We were looking for a place to stay for a weekend trip to the New River Gorge (NRG) NP and this was perfect. The place was a good size for our family of four. It has been furnished with care and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay again when I visit NRG NP.
