Most Serene Stay

The house was so clean! The views were lovely and it was so quiet! The host was great at communicating before our stay and quick to answer questions during our stay. We would definitely go back!

Great place.

Communication was great, the home was great, love the jacuzzi. I loved the fact it is family friend, we didn’t need but they had a play pen available and huh chairs. Amazing place.

Just Right

Stayed here for a graduation in Knoxville. The location was great and the cabin was clearly numbered and easy to find for our late night arrival. The space worked perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on the swing drinking coffee, as well as playing the arcade game upstairs. Justin and his team were always quick to reply with any questions I had and made everything so easy.

No hot tub

We stayed at this location , thinking we clicked on another one that had a creek running next to it. We booked the wrong one our fault. We communicated with the owner immediately once we got there. The lights didn’t work, and the hot tub didn’t work. We were told it should be fixed and to do this and do that, it never ever worked during our stay, we asked for a refund, as we were very disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub, and we asked the owner for some sort of compensation and he refused.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin after we got around a couple minor quirks/issues. I did message the host immediately upon arrival and they were very prompt to answer and happy to help. As a renter, I would suggest to watch the video provided with the welcome info on how to unlock and lock the front door as it's a bit different from what at least I am used to. I should have done that before arrival which was my mistake. Also be sure to screen shot the door code before arriving as there is very little service at the location. We were able to walk around a bit to finally get a signal so we didn't need to drive down for cell service. The shower pull is also different than what I've ever seen. You'll want to pull the bottom disc on the tub faucet down to engage the shower. You'll also want to use the wifi named Admin with the same password because the guest one did not work for any of us. These were all things we were able to figure out quickly but thought I'd save anyone a few minutes while they are there. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were great. This is our 7th stay in Sevierville and this cabin was the only one with a CLEAN hot tub! Very nice. Another great thing was that there was no extreme incline on the drive and can be accessed with any vehicle. I would absolutely reserve again.
