This modern and sophisticated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers all the comforts of home, making it the ideal choice for your stay in Cleveland or nearby areas to visit friends or relatives, or simply for a memorable trip to create new life stories and memories!

📌 Parking is limited on the property, so we recommend planning ahead.
◆ There is 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Please park there and avoid parking on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

◆ Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during their stay, with amenities such as Wi-Fi, a 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels provided.

◆ Complimentary basics like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided upon arrival, though not replenished during the stay.

◆ Please note our strict noise policy: NO parties/events, loud music, or excessive noise allowed. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device, with a $200 fine for tampering.

◆ Guests can self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes are sent within 24 hours of arrival.
◆ Guests have access to their individual units and a shared laundry room within the building.

◆ Plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers are available in this area.
◆ Just under 15 minutes to the airport for added convenience.

👣 Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

👣 Please note: Guests must climb stairs. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment" as it's partially below street level), and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing a few flights of stairs.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.

🛜 Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

Just ok

Myself and my husband stayed here for 40 days. Upon entering we noticed the place had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the sofa, the vents were heavily covered with dirt and dust. The carpet had not been vacuumed there was sand on it. The apt (12 units) has just 4 off street parking spots and the city tickets if you park on the street over night. Jimmy the apt manager did the best he could with what instructions he had been given.Overall after I went through and cleaned everything it was an ok situation.
