This colorful home is located on the south east side of Cleveland. A straight 15 minute ride to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, downtown Cleveland's arenas, Playhouse Square, Cleveland State University CSU and Case Western Reserve University CWRU. It is a 3 minute walk to 2 major buslines which makes it an ideal location for anyone wanting to use public transportation to get around town.

The house has 3 cozy bedrooms with a queen, full, and 2 twin beds. It has a full sized eat in kitchen as well as a dining room. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. Guests can relax inside or lounge on the front porch in this tight knit urban community complete with all the amenties you need. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the greater Cleveland area and our house has to offer.

Check in went smooth Sandra is sweet heart went above and beyond ,plenty of towels linen dishes and all the appliances you will need. She's very responsive and pics do no justice the home is very large plenty of space for my large family. We will difentley stay again.

The house has mold and the host doesn't disclose in the advertisement but she lives upstairs with "two barking dogs," to quote her. I had to go through VRBO to get reimbursed rather than her doing the right thing. But, the house is tidy and if all that works for you including the neighborhood being a bit rough then it could probably be a decent stay for you.

My nephew and I had a wonderful day It was very comfortable and cozy felt just like home everything was nice and neat I appreciate the nostalgia of the kitchen what the older stove I simply fell in love with it Great stay very spacious in love with the front porch

I've lived in this house ​for forever and after ​​breaking up with my last tenants​ I let the downstairs of this 2 family home sit empty for almost 5 years​, I needed to recuperate.

Hosting seems ​like a wonderful ​alternative so far. I'm an entrepreneur ​who works mostly from home so the income is deeply appreciated ​as is control over my time. My schedule, my choice.

I love maintaining a serene, healing atmosphere that nurtures the soul. Except for the dogs its pretty quiet. As a minister and yogi I love inviting others into that space as well. I like to make you feel welcomed and at home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I grew up in this house. My parents purchased this house in 1965, my grandparents lived downstairs. There were still a few white families in the area when I was a child, they quickly left. We eventually moved away too but my parents kept the house. I moved back here in the 90s and have been here ever since.

I know most of my neighbors by name. I keep a garden, hand out food and walk my dogs everyday. I don't miss much. The house is around the corner from a high school with 2 main bus lines within a 3 minute walk going wherever you want to go in this city.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This is an old house with a big front porch, fenced in yard and a gazebo in back. Thre is plenty of space to stretch out or find a spot to be alone. This house is blessed, I sometimes chill in the front or fall asleep in the back without a care in the world. Everybody pretty much minds their own business, when there's a problem I'm usually the first on scene.
