Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

This newly listed property is like new and boosts many amenities. It is centrally located in South Dennis. It is located near Kelly's Bay and down the street from Mayfair Boat Yard. Johnny Kelly Park is also down the street.Named after our own "Marathon Man, Johnny Kelly. It features a walking trails, playground, Tennis , basketball courts and a baseball field. Cape Cod Rail Trail is 1mi away. Being centrally located its the only town with beaches on both sides

Loved our stay! House was adorable and was perfect for our girls getaway! Louise was very sweet and communicative . We will definitely look into staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of four. The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Enjoyed the deck for coffee and meals. The kids loved the game room and having so many things to play with. It was also only about a 10 minute drive to the bay beaches, which were absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend this home!

Centrally located on the cape with all the amenities of home. The Beach Rose is beautiful inside and out! The house was perfect for our special getaway and working with Louise has been phenomenal through the years.

Louise’s place is great for spending a few days on the Cape! The house is spotless, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the living room has the comfiest couches ever. The patio and deck feature a nice fire pit to enjoy evenings around the fire, although we didn't end up using it. We traveled with a toddler, so we really enjoyed the basement play area. Both rooms on the first floor had window AC units, which we really appreciated in the summer heat. We had a great stay!

Wonderful property, just as advertised and just as beautiful. So kid friendly our two year old felt right at home. Louise was such a pleasure to talk to and thought of everything a family could need from toys to highchairs, cribs and safe sleep areas. We cannot thank you enough!

The property was very clean, well equipped, and roomy. We really enjoyed our stay, though it was too cold and windy to enjoy the backyard. The only downside we encountered was that the beds were much firmer than we are accustomed to, but we made do by sleeping in the recliners with blankets we’d brought in. We really appreciated the basement reading area and little fireplace.

Perfect little spot for our family to enjoy Cape Cod. Centrally located on the Cape. The house is on a quiet street. Plenty of space with lots of comfort. The only draw back would be that the beds were very hard. Other than that our stay was perfect.

This rental was the perfect place for our girls' getaway weekend. The home is cozy, beautiful, and well-stocked, with enough space for 3 of us to lounge and catch up. The location is convenient for restaurants, activities, and traveling around the Cape easily. Anytime we had questions, our host was quick to respond and very personable. I do need to include that all the beds are VERY firm - just something to be aware of for those like us who prefer a little softer rest (but the recliners in the living room are absurdly comfortable and great for napping). We've already decided that this needs to be an annual trip, and we hope to have Beach Rose be our home base again.

The house was as described, the pictures accurately reflect the property. It was clean, easy to check in, and very convenient. The host is great and she is quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of easy parking in the driveway. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. There were plenty of K-cup coffee and hot chocolates to try and every kitchen tool you might need. The road is private and unpaved, so it is a little rough - go slow especially if you are getting in after sunset. Definitely recommend the house and location.

Great house. Great host. Close to all the local beaches and on a quiet street. Perfect spot for a small family or a family with small kids looking to make a trip to Cape Cod. Highly recommend!!
