This is a perfect location to hiking trails, easy access to the Greenbelt, shopping, and major highways.The owner has done a wonderful job with the layout where it feels spacious and functional. Unexpected upgrades throughout which, I greatly appreciate appreciated. Will bookmark this location for future stays.

This is a very nice place with everything you need. It is conveniently located to most anywhere in the city. The hosts are very nice and responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We love everything at this place. So cute, cozy and clean. It got everything you need. They even have extra towels, and linens. The hosts are easy to reach and very thoughtful. And it’s in a very safe area and there’s a walking distance coffee shop which is really, really good. I would definitely recommend this to our friends and family that would visit us here in Idaho.

This was a nice property nice location and I liked staying there. I had to buy a robe as I needed one and needed slippers as the floor was cold. I had my son pick me up later in the day to go hiking and eating on a daily basis. I was able to stay extra days so I can be there for the three day weekend.

Great location!

The unit is super cute and comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything we needed by the hosts, and the location made it very easy to get around Boise. We stayed 18 days and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and great location

This was a great VRBO. The location is great (Ustick Rd. is connected to everything) and it is very well kept. Everything went incredibly smooth and the hosts were easy to communicate with and incredibly kind. Would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy basement unit

My son and daughter-in-law stayed 4 nights. They enjoyed the location and accessibility. The unit was bright and cheerful, highly recommend.

Would stay again

This accommodation has everything you would need for your stay there. It was very homey and comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood, despite fronting a moderately traveled street. The hosts were very attentive and available for anything we needed and didn't mind providing assistance if needed. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Overall, the stay fine. The problem was the noise of footsteps from the resident above that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggestion, is to wear socks not boots. Didn’t get much sleep. No AC, so climate control was challenging. Besides, that all was well.

Great spot near downtown and everywhere else you want to visit in Boise. Modern and Cozy are a great description. If you need a place to stay near boise this is it.
