The host was readily available anytime. The electricity went out due to a storm and he kept us posted with updates from the power company as soon as he received them. The house is beautiful and provided everything that we needed. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The beach really is just a few hundred yards away. The area is quiet and not too crowded. Great for a family vacation!

The place is amazing and so well taken care of. Every detail was thought of. The just was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating when I had questions. The location is amazing… I highly recommend this home and will be back!

I gave this entire rental property of five star for the host and all of the amenities! Vacation rental was extremely beautiful and in a superb location! We will all be going again next year! Highly recommend!

I suggest anyone who wants a good time at the beach a house with everything that you need. This is the place to go. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, toys for the kids and minute walk to the beach. I’m looking forward to going back. A 10 out of 10 very nice comfortable beds . Appliances very nice very beautiful inside the house. Well maintained like I said before I would recommend anyone going here and staying.

This property was exactly as listed. This home was beautiful and had everything you need for vacation! Pots, pans, grill, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, washer and dryer.Great location, very short walk to the shared pool, short walk to the beach, short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Anthony was patient and kind with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back again!!!

Amazing stay

This property was great! Location was perfect! Within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream. Loved how close the beach and pool are! The owner was always checking in and making sure our stay was going well. We will be staying again soon!!

We had an outstanding stay at this Siesta Key home. The property was exceptional in every way clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay with our family. The quality of the home truly stood out and exceeded our expectations. The location was equally impressive just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy Siesta Key’s beautiful white sand and sunsets. The combination of comfort, quality, and proximity to the beach made this a perfect family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable Siesta Key vacation.

Anthony was an incredible host. Easy to communicate with and incredibly knowledgeable about the are. The home was incredibly spacious, as a family of 5 we had more than enough space for all of us. As for the pool and the beach, they were perfect. The pool was quiet and the beach was beautiful. Anthony also proves plenty of amenities to enjoy both the pool and the beach, either with plenty of chairs or towels or even clear directions on where to find the pool/beach. There is also so much to do in the area. So many restaurants are within walking distance of the property, all of which are absolutely worth a visit. There is also a place to book boat tours incredibly close by that are also well worth your time.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the layout of the place along with a full kitchen and a small kitchen downstairs. Two full size refrigerators were great to accommodate plenty of food and drinks. The garage was nice when it rained. The location of the place was amazing. Close within walking distance of great restaurants and bars as well as close to crescent beach. If you wanted to go to the busy siesta village, you were just a quick trolly ride. My kids absolutely loved their stay as well as us parents. Three bathrooms made getting ready so much easier and quicker. The host had plenty of toiletries as well as laundry detergent to do dishes. You might even get lucky with some starter beverages like we did. Overall, it was a beautiful place, and the host was very tentative. I hope we can come back in 2 years for my daughter's spring break too!

Location, Location, Location

Our stay at Anthony's property on Siesta Key was by far our best VRBO experience to date. The space was exactly as represented online with easy access to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was perfect for hosting large groups without having to be piled on top of each other. Anthony was very accommodating and communicative. We will definitely be back. Thank you Anthony!

Check in was very easy, great location with easy beach access. We were able to use their tent and chairs but you can rent them on the beach if you prefer. Restaurants and stores were close. We walked to dinner one night. The only complaint I have is that there were not black out curtains/shades in the main house bedrooms. It was extremely bright very early in the morning, and I am not a morning person. Other than that the stay was great!

Relaxing Siesta Key stay

What a beautiful trip that this was. This beautiful home had all that we needed to have a relaxing and stress-free vacation. From the abundant amount of towels to all of the fine details that the homeowner took in decorating, allowed us to just relax and enjoy it was wonderful to pack light And be able to do laundry. I loved having so many beach chairs and the wagon to tote our stuff down to the beach each day. We had such a peaceful and lovely vacation. Anthony was welcoming and communicated wonderfully. I would recommend this rental to all my friends and family and we will definitely be staying here again .

Everything (and more)!

My husband, six children (ages 12-22), and I stayed in Anthony's AMAZING property for one week in December. The home is GORGEOUS--new everything. The location is PRIMO--steps to the beach, steps to Clayton's, and steps to the trolley. Anthony bent over backward to accommodate our every request. We wanted a grill, BOOM, he was there with a brand new grill on New Year's Day. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back.

This has truly been one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had! From the excellent communication and easy check-in/check-out to the extra effort the host put into making sure we had an incredible stay, everything was perfect.The house is beautiful, the location is incredible, and having everything within walking distance made the trip so easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and clear throughout our entire stay.We stayed for three nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. We will absolutely be coming back for years to come with our family. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing beach getaway!

This property was such a beautiful space to spend our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, and had beautiful natural light. The furniture and kitchen amenities were wonderful and made cooking dinner and relaxing as a family very nice. Of course the washer and dryer were nice to have and were very clean. There were wagons to help carry beach supplies, and the walk was very convenient! The owner left information about restaurants and shops as well as beach rentals which we used! The communication with the owner was very helpful! We highly recommend this home for your vacation and cannot wait to return!

Amazing house, perfect for families!If you are looking for the perfect Siesta Key getaway, this is it! We stayed here with a group of 7 (my husband and I, our 12 year old, and our daughters with their boyfriends) and the layout was fantastic. Having three bathrooms was absolutely wonderful for a crew our size. The young adults loved the privacy of the downstairs apartment, and the main areas gave us plenty of space to gather.Anthony was an amazing, incredibly accommodating host. He has thought of everything—the house is packed with all the beach gear you need (including beach towels!), and the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans.The location is excellent. We loved the short walk to the private beach access and being walking distance to Captain Curt's for dinner and ice cream. Plus, being so close to Point of Rocks made it incredibly easy to fish and snorkel. Our crew saw so many cool sea creatures during our trip, including dolphins, a manatee, and even a sea turtle! Highly recommend this property and host! We can’t wait to come back.

10/10 House was very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Lots of beach equipment, so just pack your bags and show up. Trolley was also nice to ride to the Village for dinner or shopping. House was very clean, and Anthony was excellent with communication. We will definitely be back.
