This 2 Br condo is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 2nd floor with an elevator access. It's renovated with new flooring, furniture, and new paint. This adorable condo has a beautiful view of the lake from the back deck and a short walk to the beach. It features a king bed en suite and 2 single beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).



Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great location, awesome condo!

Bedrooms were on separate sides of the condo, which we appreciated. Beds were comfortable, everything was in working order. 5 minute walk to the beach!

Great trip to North Myrtle Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Myrtle Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the unit itself was spotless with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking utensils we needed, making meals easy and convenient. The location was perfect—just steps from the pool, beach, and the Wet Whistle beach bar. Overall, a very nice condo in a great spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice!

Nice comfortable place to stay. Great location with everything in walking distance. Very quiet for how many buildings there are. Beautiful scenery as you sit on the screened in deck. Felt very safe with security gate into resort. Lots of sunlight to enjoy with all the windows in the condo. Would definitely recommend and would stay in the future.

The unit was exactly as described and it was a pleasure to stay there! We had such an amazing time in our unit. Plenty of storage, clean, and quite cozy. The screened patio had just a beautiful view of the lake and towards the beach. Great attention to detail and the appliances were easy to use too. I felt we received great value for our money and I would be happy to stay there again. The pool area was near the unit and that was such a wonderful experience to be laying out or in the pool. Everyone we met there was so happy and warm. The five minute walk to the beach was fun too. We got to see a black swan swimming in the lake on our way back to the unit. We saw about 10 turtles swimming another day on our way to the beach. It was kind of spectacular to watch and simply enjoy. The beach and the water were outstanding. You could just walk right into the ocean. We saw fish jumping out of the water near dusk and we have the videos to prove it. LOL. The beach was clean and the people on it were friendly too. Wow! Thank you again Chanda for your care and consideration. I loved how spot on your communication was for me. This was really an 11/10 experience for my husband and I. Maybe next year our daughter will join us.

Laurel Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
