A few little touches in various areas could make staying at the unit a fully comfortable and outstanding stay. I had a good conversation with the host who was very receptive. Otherwise, the unit was very clean and a welcoming place. The check-in was a bit difficult because there was too much information coming at me, so I got confused on a couple of the steps, and somehow ended up at an incorrect address, so a more streamlined set of emails that don't overwhelm would be preferable.Overall though, a good stay and a very helpful and receptive host.

Let me start off by saying this is not a bad place to stay and the host is excellent. I left 3 stars as there were a few things I think need immediate attention. The privacy, every blind in the place is messed up. I couldn't change in the bedroom as i felt like someone would be watching me from outside. the living room was a little better but still needs attention too. The couch is falling apart. I know we all have dealt with that at a time but from a property making money and where others are staying i feel as tho that is unacceptable. lastly they need more utensils in the kitchen specifically a hot pad and gloves and some tongs. my concinses is if you are staying a long time like me (two weeks) for work where you will be at the house for extended periods at night I would probably look elsewhere if you are staying for a night or a weekend visiting family or doing something in the area where you are going to be gone all the time it makes more sense to stay here. the positives are the owners communication was immediate and he was very nice. the bed is very comfortable. the apartment is spotless and the area is VERY SAFE!! I hope this helps you make the best decision and I hope this helps the owner address the above issues.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome stay! Adam was great in communicating. The vrbo was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and price

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a full kitchen. Adam was gracious and helpful when we needed assistance entering the apartment due to the code for the lock not working and it was quickly resolved. We plan to use this property frequently when visiting family in the area.

Got there they had the wrong code to get in, had to call Vrbo to get a new code. Blinds were laying on the floor pots and pans were in unserviceable condition, but were soon replaced. Overall it was an average place to stay, also when you went to the room you could smell pot through out the hallways.

Previously stayed there both was positive experiences.

Great location. Quiet and clean area. We booked at the kast minute and the apartment wasn't cleaned completely and we lacked all the bedding we nedded. Having said that, I've stayed there before and the apartment was immaculately clean and organized. I highly recommend this company, location, price and communication process. clean.and organized

"Pure Michigan" visit

Very nice, quiet and convenient location. Felt very safe and secure with many friendly neighbors in the community. The clubhouse, gym and pool areas were very clean and welcoming. Looking forward to revisiting next year, 2025. The property manager, Adam, made an extra effort, especially in many ways that exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Adam!

Great property to stay at for a one week visit to Rochester.Check in and communication was outstanding.Parking, pool and gym were all great.Good location with excellent sports bar RJ'S 5 minute walk and an easy 1 mile walk on trail to beautiful Rochester Municipal park.Access for the fantastic Paint Creek Trail only quarter mile away.Unit is clean and modern, good AC for the summer months.Great place for a Rocester stay.
