If traveling to Auburn Hills, MI (North Detroit) The Cozy Little House is the place to stay. Great location to all things, quite neighborhood, perfect house with all the right amenities and a host who is most outstanding!!

Perfect spot for us while we were in town for a dance competition. The small kids in our party loved that there were some toys there to play with too! Appreciated how everything was labeled and well stocked/equipped. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Amazing stay

We rented the Happy House for 8 days and I didn’t want to leave. It had everything, comfortable beds, nice yard, and little extras here and there as a bonus to our stay. I highly recommend staying here and the homeowner let us in early!

This was our1st Esperanza with VRBO . I was a bit concerned if we were gonna experience some of the horror stories we’ve heard. (We chose VRBO because we’ve had friends say airB&B tends to be more problematic).We were thrilled from beginning to end! The choice to pick the place, the payment plan, the, the move in was flawless. The house was clean, completely stocked and ready for us to settle in. The internet went out for about 4 days (a huge MI storm)but Christie kept us up-dated from the internet company. We were fine w/ that. Our 1st experience w/ VRBO was 5 star worthy!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. There were four of us and the house was the perfect size. Instructions for how to get in the house and what to expect were very clear. The house was immaculate. It felt very welcoming and homey. The weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t use the beautiful yard, but maybe next time. Check-out instructions were easy and clear. Everything was great!

The Happy Little House was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Christie really has an eye for what makes an enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the effort to make those with small children feel welcome. My children loved the toys, games and books, as well as the outdoor games. The patio is very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly- we went on morning walks each day. The beds are comfortable and the house is very clean and well maintained. We stayed for a week, and felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need to make meals at home- which we did, every day. Christie was a great host- very responsive and friendly. We will definitely book again when we are in the area!

Very clean home. All the amenities you could want/need. Living area was comfortable for relaxing and socializing on our rainy day. Kitchen is fully stocked with to cook just about any meal. Outdoor space is my favorite part of the house.

Perfect place to stay for events at Pine Knob and Great Lakes Crossing. Plenty of space and very clean and charming. The house is very welcoming and that makes it harder to leave when the stay is over. Would definitely stay again
