Just what we needed!

You really can’t beat this location—right on the beach and absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time just soaking in the views and enjoying how peaceful everything felt. The place itself was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. It was the perfect setting for a laid-back, stress-free stay.

Beautiful

This makes our 2nd time staying with Sol Searching Properties. We love Villa Capriani and love Topsail. We like how everything is included, games, chairs, blankets, sand toys, a start up kits for the first day supplies and the ease of booking and checking out. We will be back sooner than later!!!

My family had an amazing time at Seas the Day. The view from the balcony and bedroom were absolutely breathtaking. The resort was filled with things to do between the beach, pool, and restaurant/bar. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back to Topsail next summer!

The condo has an ocean view, and the updates inside are attractive. However, our experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price.Villa Capriani overall appeared unkempt and in need of repairs. We noticed deteriorating exterior areas, soft flooring in one elevator, poorly repaired signs of past water damage, and a parking lot needing maintenance. Parking was also limited, requiring us to park across the street about half the time. Former tennis courts appeared abandoned and overgrown.The unit had several maintenance issues, including a damaged closet door, a hole in the guest bathroom door, needed repainting above the master shower, and an oxidized balcony railing. The dryer would not turn off unless the door was manually opened.Cleanliness was our greatest concern. We found what appeared to be a blood stain on a couch cushion and later found similar stains on a pillow beneath the pillowcase. There was dirt, dust, and debris under the furniture, along with small paint chips, cosmetic damage, and damage near a bedroom door hinge. We documented these issues with photographs. The sanitation concerns and overall condition contributed to our decision to leave one day early.We contacted the owner, provided photos, and requested a refund for the unused night. The owner responded: “We can talk about a refund after your review. If reimbursing 1 night isn’t going to make your review any better, that I will forgo it and stick to cancellation policy.”We found t

Incredible!

This was such a well thought out condo! The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere we have ever stayed, the showers were simple to operate, and it was so clean! No skimping on furnishing this location! It was beautiful, comfortable, and functional! We LOVED our time here and hope to visit again soon! By far, the best communication regarding checking and all we needed to know- fabulous customer service!

Wonderful property

This was our fourth consecutive year of visiting Topsail Beach, in different properties each time, and this was by far the nicest and cleanest thus far. We would highly recommend this unit. The location to the elevator and pool access was super convenient. Also loved the fact that there was a foyer area for leaving shoes, beach chairs, etc. downstairs. While this would not be a concern in most instances, it is worth noting that the entire living space is upstairs, and would not be accommodating to someone with mobility issues.

Family fun

Was beautiful! But the elevator stopped working on Friday and it made taking our luggage down the stairs. My husband and I are elderly and we had to make several trips to our car. Walking down wasn’t to bad but going up was very difficult for us both. We love all the pools and hot tubs in one area. Also like the Restaurant being on the premises. Last year we came we were talking about how the Elevator looked old and needed replacing. Noticed some of the door knobs were rusted and needed repair. Just needs some small touch ups. The grandkids had a blast. Please get the elevator fixed. We were on the fourth floor and it really made it difficult carrying our luggage down the steps!!!!

Beautiful condo, fantastic view, the kitchen was stocked well; we couldn’t think of a single thing the kitchen was lacking. During our stay, there were a couple small maintenance issues. Gene responded immediately and did an amazing job and was also very kind and accommodating. We requested and paid for an early check in (even arriving a hour later than the agreed upon time) but it didn’t appear that had been communicated to the cleaner. She was surprised to see us and some of the cleaning had not been completed. Be careful with the wristbands - they do not stay on. Overall, we had a great vacation. We highly recommend staying here and would book again.
