Our stay at Wish Upon A Star was amazing. The pool and beach were beautiful. Location was great near shopping and restaurants. Host was always available for questions. Will definitely rent from Alan again.

Great location, great ocean view from balcony living room and bedroom. Recently updated and was very clean. Very easy check in and check out. Very good communication with owner. The internet was fast and supported roku for tv streaming.

It was a nice relaxing week with beautiful weather and stunning views!

This was our second stay in this unit, and it did not disappoint! The view from the balcony is just breathtaking from the sunrises over the pier to your left and dolphins all across in front of you! You feel like you can reach out and touch the ocean! We had 2 couples and my 88 year old Mother, and had plenty of room. The extras like 3 bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms was great! Alan is always accommodating and easy to contact at Paragon. The pools and grounds are beautiful, and having Splash by the Sea Restaurant on premises is very convenient. Definitely would stay again when returning to Topsail. Thanks for the memories!

We had a great stay at Villa with a View! From booking to checkout, everything was seamless and quick responses from host. The porch had a perfect view of the ocean right out front. Everything we needed for a quick getaway! Will be back!

When we first arrived we were a little concerned. The hallways, elevator, and outside door of the condo were dirty, needed updating and maintenance. The front door was rusted, sticky and made us leary of what we would find inside. We were relieved when the door opened and the condo was clean, well maintained and had great views. The property owner was responsive to questions. It’s a shame that the first impressions are poor because the pool area, restaurant and courtyard are really nice. We enjoyed the porch and proximity to the sand. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated.

This property was lovely and very accommodating. We so enjoyed the balcony and the porch furniture was so comfy as we had our morning coffee watching dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. 5 Stars

The condo was exactly as described. We have stayed at Villa Capriani many times and this was by far our favorite unit. The grounds are always immaculate and you can’t be the view. I will definitely rebook this unit next year. Alan was great to work with and sent any necessary updates during our stay.

The space was phenomenal. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Great living space! And the view!!! The view to the ocean was perfect!! Easy access to elevators, restaurant, parking, beach. Highly recommend!

I would use Paragon Vacations again. My son left his insulin in the refrigerator when we left and we didn't realize it until we got home 12 hours away! I called Alan on a Saturday night and he said the cleaning crew found it and he would ship it to my son ASAP. We are very much appreciative!

A Slice of heaven

This three bedroom, three bath ocean-front condo was absolutely stunning. Everything from the decor to the little touches within the condo were spot on. My 90 year old father enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning to have his coffee to ending the evening saying good night to his wife of 62 years who we buried at sea this trip. And Paragon personnel went above and beyond in assisting me with the reservation, to checking in and finally checking out. Everything went smoothly making this one of our best vacations. Would highly recommend.

Our family has been vacationing at the Villa Capriani for over 30 years, so we look forward to this trip each year that we go. This was our first time booking a property with Paragon, and they exceeded our expectations! We love when companies offer a linen package, as it's nice not having to worry about sheets and towels, but Paragon goes a step above and actually makes the beds! What a nice surprise. The check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear. All parking passes and wristbands were provided. Alan was very quick to respond whenever we had questions or comments. We will definitely look to book with Paragon for our next beach getaway!

This unit was perfect for us. This 3 bedroom ocean front had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool area and beach. The hosts were great with communication and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great ocean front condo I would highly recommend this place.
