This is a beautiful, well maintained property. The location was great; 10-15 minutes to The Gulch, 12 South, and Broadway. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck. What a great space to enjoy the views and hang out.

Amazing Property

We had such a wonderful stay here. The property was perfect for our group, great location, the rooms were so nice and the rooftop deck was amazing, with a beautiful view of the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

My stay was great start to finish. The property was exactly as pictured and advertised. Place was clean and well maintained. The location was great being a short distance from Broadway to be peaceful but close enough for a nice walk (approx. 40 min) or a quick uber 5 min drive. Close to walk to several great eating and shopping locations. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The property was clean, well stocked with the normal essentials (towels, kitchen wear, cookware, etc.)The host responded quickly to my questions and we had no issues with the property or the check in / check out process.

This place is very clean and was great location to Vanderbilt Medical Center. First floor was garage, foyer, bedroom and bathroom. 2nd level 14 stairs to climb kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. 3rd level 18 stairs, 2 bedroom and bathroom. 4th level 18 stairs climb beautiful roof top. It is a great place but remember lots of stairs. The host is vey attentive to message if there problems handle it in a very timely manner. I would recommend for location to downtown.

Property and location were great! Communication was seamless and quick. It was great to have a garage to park in and the location was perfect. Highlight of the property is the roof deck.

Beautiful city stay!

We enjoyed our stay everything was so close! We had a party of 9 all ages and the house was great for everyone! We had a van pick us up and drop us off they were punctual and so convenient! Thank you!

Was a really nice place to stay. The view was perfect. Perfect location not too far from Broadway. They had scooters on the corner. Super clean very much spacious. I will definitely book this place again.

Great place! In Nashville for New Years with a few friends. Clean and everything in working order. Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. Rooftop deck was amazing with views of the city. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing 6 day stay!

We loved our stay in this property! While it was close enough to walk to Broadway, it was incredibly hot so we chose to Uber. It was a quick and easy way to get around and avoid trying to park. The rooftop area is fantastic and we spent several evenings up there enjoying the views! Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing way to see Nashville utilizing the rooftop both nights! Loved how there were bedrooms on all three floors to give our group room to spread out. Gathering space inside and out was key though.

Great house in a safe neighborhood within waking distance to downtown. Having to do the check in process on a separate website with the option to purchase accident insurance or a 1500 credit card hold is the only inconvenience. But the property itself was great for a large group.

Beautiful property and great location! We walked to Broadway as well as 12 South shopping area. Loved the rooftop. This place has plenty of beds for any group size!
