This is our second time staying at this resort. Our condo was really nice and had most everything we needed. Ours kids loved the pools. We would stay again in the future.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect time to be at the beach. Property was perfect for my two adult children and me - right accommodations, right location in the building, right location on the beach, right place in the Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderfull Unit and Location

The host was wonderful. Made sure there were things we asked about in the unit before we arrived. Check in and out went well and you couldn't ask for a better location or amenities.

I expected the condo to a have a bit of luxury. The first rule of luxury is cleanliness. This particular unit fell very short. Had to call the office to complain. Then I spent an hour cleaning, carpet in the first room was totally unsuitable. There was mildew around the shower, just not acceptable at all. There were stains on some of the sheets.They did offer me a complete refund if I wanted to move out that evening, however we arrived so late that trying to find another place with only only 4 days left to stay was gonna approved proved to challenging so we still decided to stay.

Cleanliness and a comfortable environment are extremely important to us, and we understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter these issues after a long day of travel. While we’re glad a refund option was offered if you chose to relocate, we understand that moving accommodations late in the evening with only a few days remaining on your trip was not an ideal solution. We take your comments regarding the carpet, shower area, and linens seriously and will be sharing this feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these areas receive additional attention. Guest feedback helps us identify where improvements are needed and maintain the quality of experience our guests deserve. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the area and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to host your stay.
