This luxurious beach house has a private pool and is located only a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

With over 2,400 square feet, this 5 bedrooms + 4 Bathroom has ample space for your family vacation. Full of coastal charm and space for the family to relax and unwind!

Master Bedroom (Located on the main floor) - King bed with en-suite bathroom, large walk in shower and luxurious soaking free standing bath tub

Upstairs master bedroom - king bed with large en suite and free standing bathtub

**LOCATION**

The location of this beach house is one of its best features. There are many attractions just down the street. It is walking distance to St. Andrews state park which has many activates for the water sports enthusiasts who enjoy swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and canoeing. Indulge in some family fun at Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center, an indoor/outdoor complex featuring go-karts, mini-golf, and an arcade, a mile-and-a-half away. Legendary Pier Park is just 5-10 minutes away, along with all the restaurants and attractions Panama City Beach is famous for.

Additionally, this location puts you right by restaurants, bars, and attractions, while a short drive will bring you to Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Zoo World, and Ripley's Believe it or Not! This gorgeous beach home is a short walk to Schooners, one of the best beachfront restaurants in Panama City Beach as well as the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet, The Boat Yard, The Treasure Ship, and much more.

This was overall a great place to stay for our group. The walk to the beach is Excellent! Was very short and simple. We loved having a private pool, but the lights didn’t work nor did the sprinklers that most neighbors had in theirs. Took off a star because none of the televisions upstairs worked because either cables were missing or no internet connection. Not a deal breaker, but most liked it to go to sleep to. Washer almost bounces out of the room, so was a little scary. Literally one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and not always full rolls. Location was great and beach wasn’t too crowded.

We had an amazing stay at this house for spring break! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The layout was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The location was also a huge plus. It was close to everything we needed, whether that was the beach, restaurants, or local attractions, but still felt private and peaceful. The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts—great for hanging out, enjoying the weather, and making the most of the trip.

Beautiful Home

This home was very nice!!! We have stayed in multiple homes with our family for many years and this is by far the best home we have vacationed in. The grandkids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We highly recommend.

Great location and fun times

The house was great for what we needed! Great location with close beach access and a nice plunge pool. The house description needs to be updated because it has 3.5 bathrooms 4. That made it a little tricky with 14 people but we made due. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the house!

Great place to stay in a not tourist packed area of PCB!! The house was nice and just a maybe 2 min walk to beach access. Couldn't have been happier with the location. We stayed the week of July 4th and the beach wasn't crowded all until the actual holiday. The house had everything we needed for our large family vacation.Our family traveled with 2 babies and the host was very accommodating of our need to quickly store milk for 1 infant after our 10 hr drive!! The only issue we had was with the upstairs air in which they sent someone quickly to repair. We will definitely stay with this host again if/when we make the trip back to PCB!!

Beautiful Home

Overall the property was beautiful. Great location and easy access to the beach. Only complaint is ALL of the dishes were put away dirty. Im guessing the people that stayed before us didnt start the dishwasher and the cleaning people didnt look at the dishes and just put them away. Other than that everything was great.

Location, private pool and floor plan were absolutely FANTSTIC for the 7 adults that stayed the whole week. A hiccup with the upstairs a/c was quickly attended too which was greatly appreciated! Check in process was a breeze and we were thankful that there was flexibility to both check in early and stay a day later during our trip. We enjoyed being able to see the sunrise off the upstairs balcony in the mornings and the solid privacy fence around the pool gave it a very personal feel. There were a few other concerns but nothing deal breaking. I think the house just needs some TLC. My family and I were very thankful for the shared beautiful space and the weather was absolutely perfect during our stay. We look forward to staying here again! Thanks so much.

This was honestly a really nice place to stay. The walk to the beach was extremely easy and the house is comfortable and well designed for our group of nine. The reason I didn't give it a five-star review is although the house was very clean, the walls had some areas where the spackle was showing as if there had been some damage and it hadn't yet been painted. That wasn't too big of a deal but I thought I'd mention it. Another minor but annoying factor was although the listing did say there were only provisional supplies, there was only one extra garbage bag which seemed extremely stingy for our 5 day stay. The most important factor driving my rating is that the bedroom with the bunk bed and other bed does not have a door! If the listing said that I completely missed it and it was very uncomfortable for the person assigned to that bedroom because the room is in the middle of the hallway. For little kids I'm sure it's fine but this was a 20-year-old person and I definitely felt bad for him.Overall, a great place and if I had known some of these things ahead of time I could have been fully prepared and less stressed about garbage bags. :)

Great Location and Beach Access

I was between 3 and 4 stars. The location was great and the public beach access was fantastic, without overcrowding. The house overall was OK. The bunk room didn't have a door, so it shouldn't have been considered a true bedroom. The refrigerator had a broken seal which caused inconvenience all week. Some of the furniture was pretty stained. The upstairs master bed was so loud that it woke you up every time you rolled over. the internet wasn't strong enough in the upstarirs master to even watch TV. The weeds in the yard were overgrown (although they sent someone out to clean that once we messaged them).

Excellent

This home was everything we wanted!! Close to the beach! The pool was great!! It was well maintained and kept the kids entertained for hours! The location is perfect if you want to be away from the traffic and crowded beaches near pier park! Plenty of amazing restaurants near. St. Andrew's State Park is 5 minutes away. The air stayed cool. The outside shower was great. We will book again with this host!! It was a great experience!!
