Time with Florida Family

The accommodations were perfect and loved the events hosted by the resort! Love the miniature golf course and the luau was the BEST! Great location close to shopping and not too far from the beach. The walking trail is a plus as well. Loved it and would stay here again!

Wonderful family stay

Great communication with the property manager. Perfect spot for us in our three young ones. The pool had the perfect ranges of deaths from 3 foot to 5 foot.

Beautiful family friendly resort!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. Check-in was simple and the front desk staff was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations. The property itself is wonderful! There are multiple pools, mini golf, a cafe, and bar all on site. We didn’t even feel the need to leave the resort most days of our trip! Will be staying here again if we’re back in the area!!

The room itself and the host were wonderful! The onsite gym was a joke. The equipment was old, rusted, and falling apart.

Host was great with terrific communication. Room was clean and well stocked. Loved the pool and hot tub! Staff super friendly. Very high pressure to go to a time share presentation, which was very annoying on the first day but they stopped after I declined several times. Whole property definitely needs a refresh- furniture, rugs, windows are decades old, but well maintained.

Room was nice, beds and pillows were horrible. Beds were extremely hard and pillows were feathers so they were not full or fluffy. We had a struggle with the front desk, they harassed us to do a time share mtg. When we did not agree to it, the lady turned rude.

beach vacay

The room, property and all amenities & activities were wonderful! The only thing we were displeased with was when they deactivated our room key, forcing us to go to the counter & rather than just fixing the problem, pressuring us to go to their timeshare meeting. When I politely declined, the worker became very pushy, telling me to explain why I wouldn’t be interested, all the while my wet, sandy kids were locked out of our room.

Nice property, pushy check in

The property itself was very nice, we went with our 3 kids. Everyone loved the stay, rooms setup, and the facility. The resort is super close to a major roadway and sirens are heard multiple times thought- out the day and night. Check in was a little rough as they are very pushy and refuse to take a no for the timeshare presentation. If you are unable to say no to it make sure you have a good reason to leave after the 90mins or you will be there for hours! Which is super rough with multiple kids in tow....
