Welcome to our cozy retreat in downtown Lexington! Just two blocks from the marina, beach, and parks, it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore shops, restaurants, the theater, grocery stores, and more, all within walking distance. Our space is located in a historic building (B.R. Noble Bank from 1882) right in downtown and comfortably sleeps 5, with a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary adventures!

Sage & Wildflowers is situated right in the perfect location for shopping, dining, and 2 blocks from Lake Huron, Lexington Marina and the beach. There is also a lovely park down by the beach that you can picnic at with tables and grills.

Quaint downtown village

You can walk to explore the village! Shops, restaurants, the beach, theatre, grocery store and more!
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
