Had a really great experience at the Vesper House. Home was very clean, inviting and comfortable for the entire group. The hosts had everything in perfect order and were quick to respond to me. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at The Vesper House. The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a quiet part of town and not far from where our event was. Our family would definitely stay there again, with no hesitation.

Texas Family vacation

We came down to Texas for our grandsons birthday. The location was perfect for us. Close to Waco and to our Texas family. House set up is great ! We would definitely stay here again

Great place, great price!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Came out for a BYU football game and some Magnolia. We just loved our location in this great family house. Lots of space and privacy.

College Grad big family stay

This house was perfect. We had 8 of us in this house and it was perfect for us. Easy to get to and 15 minutes to everything. Great amenities. Everything was truly perfect!

Weekend Getaway

We came to Waco to take our grand babies to the Dr Pepper Museum since that is our family’s favorite drink. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. We came in on Friday night and left out Sunday morning so it was just a quick trip getaway.

We absolutely loved this property!! The space, the amenities, all the extras -- the owners thought of everything! I wish we would've had time to enjoy the outdoor space more! There were nine of us staying there for the Cross Canadian Ragweed concert, and it couldn't have been a more perfect space for us to enjoy while we were there. The house and property are absolutely gorgeous! If I'm ever back in Waco and needing a place, I will definitely look up this property again. Thank y'all!

I was debating about giving this less than 4 stars because the beds are absolutely horrible. I talked to the property manager and they are going to replace them. With that said the house is beautiful, it’s very quiet and is out in is loaded with amenities. It’s a great place for hosting and the living room was great for playing the switch. There is no cable tv or anything tv related provided but I always pack a Roku and it’s easy to log into Netflix. Bathrooms are big, all appliances are new. I will defined stay here on my next visit as long as the beds are upgraded.

We enjoyed the home overall. There was a broken basketball goal but we didnt use the sports equipment. The poker table was great! The beds were not all super comfortable unfortunately. Two were very creaky. The view was nice in the backyard. There was a grill, a firepit and a fire pit table. We didnt end up using them but it was a fun thing to have available. The communication was easy. Checking in and out were super easy! The kitchen has some great stuff! But the pots and pans are old and scratched up. So we gave it 4 stars because of the beds and the need for updating some things. I would recommend it though!

The host was very responsive, we had a couple questions about where to find things. They have a volleyball net and a basketball hoop, but you will need to bring your own volleyball. The house was very clean and comfortable.

What an amazing holiday weekend we had here. Communication and hospitality were top-notch. The kitchen was the best equipped that I’ve ever experienced. If you like to cook at home, you will love the set up here. Great space for the kids to be outside. Really close to everything in Waco. Thank you so much for hosting us.
