The house was clean and very nicely organized. The host was pleasant and incredibly helpful. If were in the area again we will definitely check to see if its avaliable for another stay

Good location and easy access to other parts of black lake. Great fishing in the immediate area with kayaks. Not the best area for swimming.

The Tree House has been a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, lots of room. Colleen was very helpful and quick to respond when the power went out after a thunderstorm. We had a wonderful visit and recommend it!

We had a great weekend fishing get away at this Black Lake rental, such a great location. It was clean and tidy, well furnished. The private shared dock was awesome tucked away out of steady boat traffic. Great communication too. Will definitely be going back.

Location was perfect! Only concern was the sulfur in the water. It let of a very strong smell. Made showering unpleasant. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!

The place was okay. We had a few issues come up and the host did take care of one of them but we didn’t bother her with the others like lights that didn’t work. We just ended up grilling on the deck with our own headlamp in the dark.

We have replaced the bulb and notified our cleaner to ensure the lights are turned off after cleanings. We appreciate your feedback and encourage guests to please contact us if any issue arises.
