Great stay in Compass Point. Very well organized beach amenities in the storage closet, and great property with a nice lanai view of the Gulf. Steps to the beach, where shells abound, and kids enjoyed the pool in the afternoons after the beach.

Condo is very nice and comfortable. This is our second time staying in this property. The condo and amenities are as described. We had an enjoyable time at LIG.

The roomy and immaculate condo had anything you could possibly need during your stay! A minute walk to the beach with your choice of chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The pool was great. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Perfect location on the beach for those Sanibel shells! Greatly enjoyed our visit!

Stress-free Sanibel Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the condo was immaculate, the furnishings were new and comfortable, and the owner provided everything we could have possibly needed for the week. The owner was also very prompt in responding to pre-check in requests. We had no issues with this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Traditional Stay

Had a great time with the family. Quick beach access. Close to the causeway and Periwinkle. Sad to see the complex lack of vegetation but the condo was well renovated . Would stay again.

Great Experience!

Ww had a great week at Sanibel! The condo was easy to book and communication was great! Condo had everything we needed and it was just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to everything we wanted to do. Can't wait to come back!

Great, everything we needed. Kitchen was exceptional with storage and pots and pans. Perfect place for our son's family (the grands) to get introduced to Sanibel.No seeums are real - just spray up before you get bites!!!!So easy to work with!

We couldn't have been happier with this condo at Compass Point. It looks even better in person. Such attention to detail including the pretty way the towels in the bathroom were presented to the way the kleenex in tissue boxes were folded. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great because we prepared most of our meals at the condo. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and curling irons. All the essentials. The beds were comfortable. You could see the beach from the living room. I appreciated having the elevator making bringing the luggage up easy. There were games and books avaliable to us. Plenty of beach towels and tote bags for going to the beach. We found so many beautiful shells. We would love to come back here next year.

Over and Above! Way beyond 5 stars! The description and pics of the listing does not do justice for all that you get while staying at Compass Point. There are so many little extras in each room that make you feel that you're staying at way beyond an average rental, or hotel. The owners clearly want to make you feel comfortable and welcome at their place. Open up each cabinet and find those little extras that are there that you may have forgotten or think are that added touch! The unit was clean, up to date, spacious, quiet and the screened in balcony can't be beat! The covered parking was a bonus in the constant Sanibel sun. The owner was very easy to get info from and communicate with. It's also nice to speak directly with an owner who is responsive and not a clueless or rude management company. The location of the property is close to many shops and restaurants and to the causeway in case you want to venture off island. There is a helpful binder of interesting info on the table to educate you about the area, etc. We already rebooked as it was a no-brainer!
