We loved the location so close to the beach, and grocery and cute cafe right across the street! We took advantage of the balcony a lot and the kids loved the pool. The property was very clean, the bed was comfy and the decor was cute. 10/10

Doris was an amazing host, she more than accommodated us in EVERY way! We will certainly stay again when we come back. We had a great experience and loved the apartment!

Nicely renovated, close to beach!

Condo is exactly as shown in pictures, interior is completely renovated and a really nice space. Was only about a 5 min drive to beach access 12 which was great! Doris is one of the best and most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Brand new Apartment 6 munutes from Siesta Key Beach

This property was exactly as ad said. It was quiet, ckean and comfortable... Doris was a complete delight.. very friendly and punctual...We will go back

Great stay Great price

First, thank you Doris for your fantastic communication during a very stressful time for our family. Second, The home you provided my husband and I while we cleaned our condo on the key was perfect. Great location, clean and affordable. Lastly, I highly recommend this property or any others that Doris has to offer. She is a pleasure to work with.

Modern Décor and Perfectly Clean

Doris was very quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate a very last minute booking. We were impressed with her service and the apartment was very nicely set up. Everything was brand new and super clean. The balcony was a big plus! We were blessed to be the first ones to stay here and will definitely book with her again!

We've stayed in this complex before, so we knew about the area. Liked this condo much better than the previous one we stayed with. Perfect setup for the two of us. Having laundry in the condo is always a big plus as it allows us to travel a bit lighter. Pool and pool area is very nice. Since Siesta Key was a madhouse we spent two afternoons poolside. It's a perfect location to get around. Beaches, restaurants (Walt's...yum), shopping are all an easy drive. The condo itself is very well equipped. I did wish the pillows were a little softer, but the bed was quite comfortable. The screened in porch is nice for morning coffee and watching some local wildlife. It's far away from the pool so very quiet. Big screen Smart TV's in the Living Room and Bedroom weren't perfect once we got the hang of Google service.Since this was work/vacation for me WiFi and Internet speed were important. WiFi coverage was solid and speed was more than sufficient.Check-in was about as easy as can be. Same with check-out. Owner communication was near immediate when prompted and very complete.My wife and I have already agreed that we would be happy to stay here again.

Upon our arrival, we noticed that the parking lot needed repairs. The buildings were old and in need of renovation. We had to navigate through a narrow alleyway at the back of the building to reach the staircase leading to our rental unit. When we entered the unit, it was clean; however, the sofa was old, and the cushions were sagging. A black shag throw rug in the bedroom was particularly off-putting. The bedroom had two dimly lit lamps and lacked a proper dresser, though there was a small pull-out organizer intended for storing clothes. There were hangers in the closet, along with an ironing board and an iron. While the bathroom was clean, we noticed a moldy smell coming from the sink cabinet. That evening, we noticed the bathtub was clogged. I contacted Doris, and she responded quickly. She used a chemical to unclog it, which unfortunately left an unpleasant odor in the condo. The bathroom fan was also very loud.The condo was equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. Doris provided 2 bottles of water, several bags of chips, coffee, olive oil, and condiments, which was a nice touch. Although the place looked freshly painted, I felt deceived by the photos, as the buildings themselves were much older than I had expected. Overall, Doris was a great host who responded promptly to our concerns.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and especially for mentioning that I responded quickly to your concerns. I am very sorry that several things did not meet your expectations during your stay. The condominium complex is indeed an older Florida property, and I do not try to present it otherwise; however, the condo itself is continuously maintained and updated. The condo was renovated about a year and a half ago, and all of the furniture is approximately a year and a half old as well. Naturally, in an Airbnb there can be some normal signs of use over time, but these are not old or neglected furnishings. I also feel it is important to mention that at the price point of your reservation, it is unfortunately not realistic in Florida to expect a luxury oceanfront property. The condo is actually lakefront, which I believe offers a very peaceful and pleasant view. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it truly helps me improve the guest experience.

Pluses and minuses

In pulling up to the complex, its not very appealing. The buildings are in need of repair, refresh, and updating along with the large pot hole near the entrance/exit. I realize this isn't the unit owners responsibility but it needs to be said.Once I found the building and unit (numbers for this are not easily visible), the inside was clean and updated albeit older.There are uneven, spongy spots on the floor and the kitchen wasn't as stocked as other rentals I've been at, the sofa was a bit saggy but the bed was great.The HVAC was easily controlled. I loved having the washer/dryer but missed a dishwasher. The screened in deck allowed for leaving the slider open on nice days without the worry of bugs.The bathroom was updated and includes a hand held shower spray which is my preferred. Just be careful of the hanging metal basket above the toilet. It had to come down after banging my head against it..its a bit too big.It was clean inside ( the crew was leaving just as I pulled in). Theres a Publix across the street as well as a nice breakfast place.
