The facility was nice is was what we needed for our stay, most importantly cause it was dog friendly. The only down sides were not a lot of areas for dogs to go to the bathroom and the parking is very hard especially if you have a big long pickup. But, other than that it was a nice place to stay for our 1st beach visit.

Cute pet friendly place to stay overlooking the bay. Caught about a dozen crabs. Convenient access to the boardwalk (about 15min drive) and Rehoboth (about 30min drive). Not much grass nearby. Washer was mildewy and the dryer didn’t work, but the host was responsive and apologetic. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

We loved staying here! The host was very helpful and accommodating. The view of the bay was breathtaking! We’ve always chosen Oceanside, but honestly bay front was much quieter and felt more calm and private. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lots of nice walking opportunities for us and our pup. The condo was clean and spacious . Beds very comfy. We will be back! Thank you!!!

I understand its dog friendly and to not expect the Ritz but there were some maintenance items that are very much needed. The master bathroom had mold spots on the shower curtain. The provided dish soap was water diluted. And the bed in the 2nd room was so sunken in 2 people could/can not sleep comfortably. The toilet in the master you could not wipe without hitting the wall. And the chairs were not comfortable. It also doesnt say its a 2nd floor walk up only. With and infant and her great grandmother with us that was tough. However, our dog loved being able to travel with us. The location and views were great and it was fairly spacious (for 4 adults) and a big dog, appreciate dog bowls provided. Kitchen was also well stocked.

These are the positives and negatives from our trip at the condo:Positives: pet friendly, midweek we noticed owner we wanted to have a friend and her dog come at the end of the week and no additional fee was added, location was beautiful right on the bay and close enough to everything we needed, clean enough place but outdated appliances and furniture Negatives: both the main entrance door lock and the dryer broke and despite notifying the owner multiple times we were not able to get repaired- definitely do not like not being able to lock my front door at night, it was very inconvenient not having a dryer at the beach too, we were offered a refund of 50 for the inconvenience which I thought was lowOverall- the price was expensive for what we received and we won’t be staying again

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the broken door lock and dryer. Unfortunately, the necessary replacement parts were not available during your stay, so the repairs could not be completed as quickly as we had hoped. We completely understand how frustrating this was, especially not being able to properly secure the door at night although a temporary locking mechanism was provided. As the property’s host, we have reviewed these concerns—including the condition of the appliances and furnishings—with the owner so they can be addressed.
