Located a short walk from downtown Main Street and approximately 150 yards walk to the Quicksilver lift, this condo has everything you could want and more!

Master bedroom has king size bed with private balcony, private bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in closet, and smart TV. Kids bedroom has a queen bunk bed (queen up/queen down) with full size trundle beneath, sleeps 6! Second bedroom has queen bed and beautiful mountain views. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the second and kids bedrooms, and half bath in the hallway off the living room. Beds sleep 10.

- Gated pool/hot tubs for Powderhorn guests only
- Washer/Dryer in unit to dry out all of the snow gear
- Everything you need in the kitchen to make whatever sounds good
- Nespresso Coffee Machine and Milk Frother (some capsules are available, but bring your favorite flavors please)
- Gas fireplace in Living room (controlled by thermostat next to fireplace)
- Roku for living room TV, and smart TV in the master bedroom
- Full balcony off dining room with outdoor furniture
- Half balcony off the master bedroom with outdoor furniture

Our large family gathering of seven people really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in very good condition and has a beautiful and peaceful setting along the river. The pool and hot tubs are perfect and located right across the street. Easy 2-3 minute walk to downtown. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

Great location, very well stocked kitchen, great indoor spaces, beds very good. The unit is a bit dated, especially the carpet but I understand that renovations are planned.

We had a fantastic stay at this Breckenridge condo during our ski trip with our kids. The hosts truly went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed, which made traveling so much easier. The condo itself was terrific—comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just about a 3-minute walk to the lift, which was incredibly convenient after long days on the mountain. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to other families

A great stay at this property

We stayed at this property before and have always had a great time. The location of course is fantastic, but also this specific apartment (thanks to the owners) is very well maintained with a lot of attention to detail - we are very thankful for that! We booked again and recommend!

Best things about this condo: Ski in/out, short & easy walk to town, spacious, comfortable, and is VERY well equipped! It had all amenities needed for a 2 week stay. The condo has a great layout with the 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths quietly away from the open concept living/dining and kitchen with a large work space. There is a desk in the dining area that was convenient for working remotely. We rarely had to use our car, which was parked in the convenient underground spot. In addition, the owner is very accommodating and responsive. We very highly recommend this rental!

Great Condo in Breckenridge

we had a great time in Breckenridge, the condo was exactly as advertised, very short walk to Main Street. short Easy to get to skiing via a car or shuttle, <10 minute walk to a lift. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a great place but thought it was more of a ski-in ski-out place, but it was a bit more of a walk to the lift than I expected. The hot tub location was across the street and not convenient. Not big issues but the reason I didn’t give it five stars.

Family trip to Breckenridge

Property worked very well for daughter’s family with 3 kids and grandparents. There were several toys for the kids to play with, a nice little hike along the river that everyone could do, great pool and hot tubs and a kitchen with barbecue grill. Close to town any all activities. We really liked the gondola and Epic Discovery.

Second stay

Second time staying at this property and have already booked a third for next year. Location is fabulous. Walking to quicksilver and ski school is easy. Getting to town easy as well.
