!!New Westin Heavenly Bed King Mattresses!! Kitchen and baths recently remodeled! 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft, sleeps 10. Great location, less than 2 blocks to Main Street, restaurants, bars, and shopping, 2 blocks to the nearest grocery store, 3.5 blocks to the nearest ski lift (Quicksilver). Carter Park is out the back door with a groomed sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis/ball fields, and picnic areas in the summer. There is also a trail head just out the back that links up to the Breckenridge mountain biking and hiking trial system. Ideal for families!

We have outfitted the condo with high thread-count linens, comfy bedding and rustic furniture. Snuggle up on the leather sofas to enjoy the gas fireplace after a long day skiing or gather around to watch a family movie on the 50 inch HD TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite, stainless appliances, and a double oven. It is well appointed with all that is needed for nearly any culinary endeavor and feeding a large group. Our dining area has a large table that can accommodate 10 place settings. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 3 on stools. A high chairs is available for the toddler in your group. Everyone in your group will be comfortable whether they're 1 year or 70 years old.

Atrium 301 is located on the West end of the building, affording spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range out of all three bedrooms. There are 2 master suites, each with Westin Heavenly king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each has TV and cable if you want to unwind away from the rest of your group. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, it's a great place to sleep the kids or a 3rd couple! 2 pack-n-plays are available to save you packing extra. The loft has a queen size pull-out sofa bed, smart TV, DVD and Nintendo Wii system. Every sleeping area has black-out curtains and sound spa noisemakers to make the most of your sleeping experience.

The Atrium has underground parking for 1 vehicle, ski-locker storage, and a large community deck with several ammenities. The common deck is located on the east side of the building over the underground parking garage. It features a 12 man hot tub, firepit, grills, dining tables and chairs with a fireplace. During the winter there is a ski area shuttle bus that stops in front of the building every 20 minutes and will take you to the Gondola or the Beaver Run base area.

Our condo is on the top, 3rd floor with no elevator. It is not recommended for handicapped individuals. We prefer to rent to families and do not rent to large groups or students. Proof of age is required, must be older than 25 years. Every adult in the party must be 25 years or older unless they’re traveling with their parents. No more than 8 adults allowed to stay/sleep at any time.

Summit County is known as ''Colorado's Playground'' and Frisco is in the center of it all. Ski seven different ski areas, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco and Mountain Meadows is a great location to use as your home base. Our Frisco condo is comfortable, affordable and beautiful. Excellent Condo

Myself and 2 friends stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. The owners communicated throughout our booking and check in period- we had no issues during our stay. Town is a 5 minute walk- we did drive to the lifts since the temperatures were near zero so I cannot comment on walkable lift access. You may want to keep in mind the description of stairs only to the 3rd floor, this may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Fabulous place and great location.

Great location, on trolly route, short walk to restaurants, close to hiking opportunities. Everything you need for a great stay, the unit was well equipped, comfy beds, great kitchen, nice bathrooms. We stayed after ski season, nice quiet building with underground parking, great views of the mountains from a couple of the bedrooms. 3br 3 bath, with an upstairs. Fabulous stay!

I was impressed by the well equipped kitchen and children features (video games, pack and play, highchair, bottle washer faucet). Easy access to Peak 9 bus stop across the street. Short walk down to Main Street. Grocery close by. Sled hill (Carter Park) behind building and sled in the ski locker to use. We were very happy with our stay. Balcony suite for son's family (parents, toddler and infant. Entry floor master suite plus another room.

What more could you ask for

If you want plenty of space, and a nicely renovated condo with all the amenities, then this place is for you! We loved that all you had to do was walk out the door, and the bus stop is right there to take you to the mountain, perfection. Another bonus is that we left the car parked in the underground heated garage, and walked to all the restaurants and bars to save our self the hassle of parking in Breckenridge.

Our entire family from grandparents to babies we’re very comfortable And greatly enjoyed our stay

Beautifully remodeled and furnished, quiet, decorated for Christmas, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including a highchair and pak&play for the baby. Our entire family, grown kids with their spouses and grandchildren were very comfortable here over several days. Easy walk to the slopes even for the eight and four-year-old. Highest recommendation!

We're a family of 5 from the Denver area. We love Summit County and all it has to offer! Our kids are learning to ski at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. During the summer we bike the recreation trails and hike waterfalls and scenic peaks. There is something to enjoy every month of the year!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have another Summit County vacation rental property that we have self-managed since 2005 but needed more space for our growing family. We chose this property because of its great use of space with two master suites and plenty of room to entertain visitors. Most of all it was about location, location, location and views of the Ten mile range and ski area out of the bedroom windows. When we visit we walk everywhere with the kids: Carter Park, restaurants, art fairs, shopping, ice cream, and even to feed the fish at the Dredge! During the winter the groomed sledding hill at Carter Park is out the back door and skiing is a short walk or shuttle ride away.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

You can't beat the in-town location and access to skiing! If you want to walk it is only 3.5 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, but if you would rather, you can catch the Free Ride Shutte which stops outside the front door every 20 minutes. The Free Ride shuttle drops off at the Beaver Run base area or the Breckenridge gondola and transit center. The Gondola can be ridden for free, always fun for the kids or sight-seers! No cars are necessary for this centrally located condo.
