Spacious 3BR Pace Home — King Bed + Screened Porch — Pet Friendly

Nestled in a peaceful & safe neighborhood in Pace, Florida, your home away from home is just minutes from water access to Black Water River as well as the city of Pensacola. It is close to restaurants, shops, UWF, Whiting Naval, & Pace High School. Pensacola Beach is 20 miles away. Navarre Beach is 30 miles away. Our #1 priority is to make this experience comfortable, pleasurable, & memorable for you! We have a full kitchen, screened in patio, bonfire pit, free parking, & free Wi-Fi.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has an extremely comfortable king bed & 2 queen beds. There is plenty of space to bring a blow up mattress as well.

**FRESHLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS & FLOORS**

Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $100 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet.

If you come around the right time of the year, you can help yourself to the peaches from our peach tree in the backyard (usually around May)!

We do have a charcoal grill for your use! You will need charcoal & lighter fluid. Please do not use grill inside of patio. Bring grill outside so it won’t burn patio ceiling. Also, please clean up & cover after use!

Quick communication on short notice. Good backyard for our dogs, Super close to grocery store. Quick overnight stay for us while traveling and house worked out great. Would stay again for longer if opportunity presents.

My stay at this lovely home was outstanding. I had a wonderful time. The location was superb for all of my needs. The hosts are wonderful, thoughtful. Madison and Brandon are a wonderful team. Any question that arose, they addressed, if not immediately, very shortly after.

Very nice neat and clean home. Location is a quiet and safe neighborhood but still close to main routes in Pace / Milton area. Would highly rexommend.

The house was very spacious and was a perfect location for what where we needed. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Owner was very prompt answering the couple of questions we had, we would definitely stay there again!

Roomy and comfortable

Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. Was perfect location for our needs and in a safe area. Perfect for our 4 legged friends (therapy dog & pet). Was approx 30 min to downtown Pensacola and 40+ min. to beach area. Easy drive.

Host did get in touch with us but did not resolve anything .Every room needed light bulbs very darkAll bedroom closets were locked , no where to hang clothes .Trash cans on street were not emptied . All other residents were empty. We had to leave our garbage the whole week inside.Back door closer was bent and did not workThe furniture in the back yard was all damaged.It was a very long week due to the conditions of this home.Dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before we used them.We have stayed at alot of rentals and this shocked us .I really don’t see how it is a rental on VRBO.Thanks Kaye

Hi Kaye, Thanks for your feedback. We have changed the two light bulbs that were out that you mentioned. This is our personal home, so a few closets are locked— as communicated, there is a closet in the foyer that has plenty of room to hang clothes up. The trash cans were not emptied for only 1 week, the trash company made a mistake and the trash cans were emptied the next day. We have taken your feedback & made changes to make sure we give all the guests the stay they need to feel comfortable. Thanks, Madison & Brandon

Any host that has Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding on the book shelf is 5 star with me!My reading habits aside, the place is fantastic. Very clean in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery, restaurants, and an easy drive to Navarre Beach (Pensacola Beach is fine, I just prefer Navarre)
