We had great communication with the hosts, and they provided many extras to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided beach towels, pool floats, comfortable duvets, books, games, and snacks along with the usual hotel-style amenities. The pool and the adjacent sunroom were favorite spots, and one of our kids practically lived in the hammock chair. We highly recommend 'Cola Cabana for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation home in the heart of Pensacola.

There was dog hair all over especially in the sheets on both big beds and they were dirty. I washed them and still dog hair. We spent our anniversary weekend sleeping on the couch. The tub and shower was dirty. Popcorn and crayons under the couch. Backyard not well lit. The host was nice and friendly. And the location was great.

I am so sorry. As you can see from all of our previous reviews, these things have never occurred before! You did tell me about the dog hair from the comforters, to which I gave you quite a nice refund, as I was so shocked and upset. You did not mention anything else. If those other things were true, I still don’t believe they would warrant the condition you left our house in, though.
Dog hair in a dog friendly home does not compare to the stench of smoke (both kinds) in a non smoking home!

Just perfect .. very homey.. We were down for cheer competition in April at the Bay Center and very convenient. Was hoping for a little warmer weather to enjoy the pool more but the grandkids said it wasn’t bad once you got in. Everything you needed or forgot to bring they had it there. Loved there was access to cleaning supplies just in case you had doubts. Wasn’t familiar with the area and was nervous about location but worried for nothing felt safe. Thankful for the ability to smoke outside not everyone is that considerate. Awesome water pressure did cause a little longer showers. Communication was great.. had to extend to an extra day due to schedule changes without any issues. A few miss likes … yard not kept, limited space for toiletries, stains on bedding, and pet friendly (personal preference). All in all a perfect place.. definitely would recommend and re-stay.

We loved the house. It was perfect for us two and our two dogs but had more than enough room for a big family. It was very clean. They provided more than I would have expected. Plenty of towels, floats, toilet paper, paper towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, body wash, among other things. There is a box fan if you need white noise. The AC works very well. They have citronella candles but I recommend taking “off” if you get bit a lot. I also recommend taking your own pillows. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Pensacola beach is about 20 min away, Orange beach is about 40 min away. There are many restaurants nearby. The owners were very quick to respond to messages and helped with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This house was perfect for us!!! The dogs also enjoyed the yard that was fully fenced and plenty of places for them to explore. Amenities in the house were spot on, we will definitely stay again in the future, hopefully it's warmer and we can utilize the pool!

Our home is in a VERY quiet neighborhood! So peaceful, yet only about 5 minutes to restaurants, shopping and a Walmart!! We have a straight shot down beautiful Scenic Hwy along the bay, to get you to the beaches and downtown Pensacola!

We love to host families! We have things for kids, TV’s in every bedroom, and a gorgeous pool with so many fun pool floats! Clean uncluttered boho style decor with mostly our own family’s artwork on the walls!
