Beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was fantastic and the house was well stocked with everyday supplies as well as beach needs.

The property was beautiful and had everything you could think of!! An abundance of seating inside. Pickle ball was definitely a family favorite. The infinity game table was definitely used a lot also!!The only negative for us was no ceiling fans. We are use to them, so just a personal preference. The house is in a good spot for driving to all of the different local beaches with plenty to do close to the house also.We would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and on a very quiet street. Everything is provided for the beach. We were in the heated pool every morning. The pool was clean and there are plenty of chairs for everyone to sit. The house is close to the beaches and some good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the yard was amazing. We used the beach chairs and the cooler supplied in the garage to head to the beach, which was a huge help!! The electronic game table was a huge hit as well!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property which was able to accommodate 5 adults and a 1 yr old and 3 yr old. Great pool and Oasis backyard. The kids loved all of the games and toys.Would highly recommend! Our family looks forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Stay in Sarasota

We had a great time in Sarasota. The outdoor area had many activities and inside was spacious enough for our 9 adults. Landon was a great host.

Family spring vacation

It was wonderful. All the things you had for the kids to play with was unbeatable! The pool was a hit!! The location is very quiet and peaceful. A good time was had by the entire family. Thanks Landon:)

Great Stay!

My family and I stayed for 3 night. My kids (4 & 9) had the best time with all of the activities in the backyard! The basketball court, pool, & putting green were perfect for them! House was in a great location- close to anything we needed. Communication was great, and even able to accommodate a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, wonderful backyard

The house was very clean and roomy. Very nice set up and a great backyard. The pool was very nice! The owner answered any and all questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Great property for our needs

We needed a place half way between Tampa and Placida with enough space and things to do for our teenagers and allowing our pups. This fit the bill! And the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the pool on Thanksgiving day. Thank you!

When we got there everything was ready for us. It was perfect. Then the day after all day all we could smell out side was animal urine. Like neighbors were cleaning cat boxes or something. It was awful. Not owners fault just something happened. 2nd day pool people showed up unannounced to clean pool while we were outside by the pool getting ready to go in. We asked him to leave. Upon doing so he put 4 chlorine tabs in which we thought pool was saltwater. The pool area can use a few repairs screen door ripped, table seat cushions replaced they are flat. Honestly over all we had a good time didn’t need to go far. Just a few minor things. We would definitely consider another property with BNB as we usually choose different cities each visit.

Inside was very spacious
Lots of sun by the pool

awesome!!

EVERYTHING was above expectations!!!! The owners thought of everything!!! It is even better than the pictures! Very clean and spacious. Communication was always returned quickly. Our kids never said they were bored. 20 minutes to the beach or shopping. I can find nothing negative to say. In the future I will see if this company has a cottage where I travel because I would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice home

Everything was great except the pool heater was not working, therefore making it too cold to use. I did contact the manager multiple times, just glad we could go elsewhere for a warm pool.

Property has some wear and tear, Neighborhood fair

We enjoyed our stay but the property had some wear and tear. Floor tiles and pool decking were cracked. Furniture scuffed. The primary bedroom had a ridiculously high bed (and we are tall people!) Primary bath was very tight and the shower had mold in the tile grout. The kitchen was well equpped.Location was convenient but some nearby properties were not well maintained while others appear to have been renovated.

Perfect for our needs!

This is a great place. Communication with Landon was a breeze. Upon confirming your reservation, you get a few emails. In one of the emails is a portal link to the property management co. The entry code and other needed info are right there upon booking. The pool was great. We saw a wild rabbit run through the yard. Shuffleboard was fun! The extra fridge in the garage was fantastic for the gallons of water and bags of ice we were required to bring to daily sporting event. The painting on the internal walls gives it a fantastic and fun touch! AC works great! My only wish was for a 5th dinning chair, but there are folding chairs in the garage, so no biggie.

They must have sent me the property information the night before, the PIN to enter the house and other things, and they never sent it to me, I had to contact the owner, and an hour after the supposed entry to the house They communicated with me, terrible attention and communication from the owner

Had a terrible scary experience...while my children were playing in the backyard pool area I noticed there was a utility blade...the razor blade part...and several loose sharp screws laying on the patio..in direct path with entering and exiting the lanai... thankfully no one was hurt but when I contacted the BNB breeze personnel they basically brushed me off with an apology..not only did they not accommodate me for such an oversight but then proceeded to make me feel like I was overreacting to razor blades and loose screws...there was so many other things wrong with this property..cracked and chipping concrete around the pool causing tripping hazard or hurt your toes...very dirty outside grill... slamming lanai screen door and one that didn't latch.. several insects indoors which appeared to be roaches...tree brush and old foliage covering the basketball court...putt putt area and shuttle board area..but the thing that most upset me was the lack of customer appreciation and concern... offering me no accommodations for my inconveniences.. terrible way of doing business... obviously negative reviews are not a concern..even razor blades and sharp screws are ok apparently..they did apologize and were trying to handle it "internally " at my expense..your welcome... failure on so many levels.. hopefully this review reflects their lack of concern. ironically they offer 10% discount for a repeat customers to encourage good reviews..but if you encounter razors and sharp screws.nothing
